“The property is beautiful. You have full access to the dock and the pool. The hosts went beyond the Call of Duty to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend for couples.”

“There is no staff. The property was probably built in the 60’s and had not had a single update or repair. Dead bugs when you walked in. Lights and outlets do not work. From the outside it looks terrible, trash and debris in the parking lot. We booked for two nights but only stayed one. The location is wonderful, that’s the only nice thing I can say.”

“Here’s a more personalized version based on the property and location:We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully remodeled apartment in downtown Kingston. The location is truly special, with a peaceful view from the back porch overlooking where the Clinch River meets the Tennessee River. Enjoying our morning coffee by the water was one of the highlights of the trip. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was well……

“Big TV in the room added relaxation after busy days out.”

“The property couldve been a little cleaner and the mattress was on top of a plastic sheet so it kept sliding off the bed but other than that it was a cozy little place to stay and I would stay there again.”

“Great value”

“Had one lovely evening together watching stars outside balcony area overlooking pool deck below us while sipping drinks bought from bar inside afterward earlier just shortly beforehand entering back inside later eventually still afterwards return back later onward though all cozy relaxed feelings built up nicely then accordingly directly after anyway too surely!”
