「Sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, Zimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet und das Abendessen war köstlich. Man ist beim Einchecken sofort auf uns zugekommen und hat uns für unseren Hund ein großes Kissen und Fressnäpfe sowie ein Handtuch angeboten. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben 👍.」

「Pretty good in location (near the river), accommodation, and breakfirst service! You can reach the most main scenes of Heidelberg by walk in 10 mins. Bus stop is just near the hotel, you can reach the hotel by bus from Heidelberg main station.」

「On 10'th - 13'th Mar 2019, We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, but room continues lost power 2 nights without any light, after notified no one to recover it, we only can can do is do anything in dark , it is very dangerous. When we checking out the front desk only shrugging and shows nothing to do with them, it is really the matter of bad manners 」
