You can be on Lake Minocqua in seconds as your private dock is just steps away (directly across the road). After a day out on the water or around town, wind down on the large lake view patio which features a grill and fire pit with outdoor seating and lighting. This house is versatile and can accommodate parties as large as six, whether looking for a family retreat, fishing trip, golf weekend or getaway with friends. An air conditioner will be installed for the summer of 2021 and beyond. Additionally for your comfort, each room has a fan and screened windows that open.
