7 Palms - Lovely Hotel with amazing staff - DOMY

The 7 Palms is perfectly located for visiting all the main tourist attractions, it’s an easy 13 minute walk to the Medieval town. The rooms are a good size with all the facilities required for an apartment. The staff are amazing especially Domy with her wonderful personality and depth of local knowledge. She’s like your own personal tourist guide. Also a special mention for Nikki and the domestic team who all kept the place spotless.

The property was close/walkable to the old town of Rhodes. The property and pool area were beautifully clean. The receptionist was very knowledgable with many recommendations of places of interest, best beaches and eateries. Best of all it had a/2 lovely white cats. We would stay again.

The staff Domi, Lee,& Katarina were outstanding. They went above & beyond what was expected. If we needed something we just asked & it was given. The room could use an update, however it was very clean & comfortable. The bed was excellent, the air conditioners worked very well. The pool was a nice refresher as it was very hot during our stay. We were close enough to the Old Town & the beaches to walk. Very safe area. We stayed 2 weeks & I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent property and concierge awaited our arrival despite the fact that we were late arriving and couldn’t notify her that we would arrive after the 10 o’clock cut off. Only downside is that there are no local amenities but a 20 minute walk will take you to the old town with all the restaurants,bars and shops that you could wish for.

Huggelig betjening, men hotellet trenger oppussing

Vi kom veldig tidlig om morgenen og resepsjonen var ikke åpen. Men kanskje vår feil da vi skulle gjort en reservasjon fra dagen før. Hotellet trenger oppussing, veldig slitt. Bassengområdet er veldig lite og primitivt, og bildene kan “lyve” litt. Resepsjonisten og resten av betjeningen var superhyggelige og hjelpsomme. Ga oss mange gode tips! Avstanden fra hotellet til strand og by ca 29 min gange.

Un agréable séjour de 5 jours dans un bel appartement très propre, bonne literie, bien équipé et il y a aussi un micro-onde. Grande douche avec aucun souci de pression et d'eau chaude. Le WIFI est excellent. Dans l'immeuble il y a un ascenseur et pour le stationnement sur la rue, c'est très facile à trouver. L’hôte et le personnel sont d'une grande gentillesse. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Tout est fait pour notre confort. Nous avions1 cuisine et on nous a prêté 1 machine à café expresso. La piscine ou nous étions souvent seuls le matin est super propre. La communication avec la personne de l’accueil simple et joviale bien qu’elle ne parlait pas anglais !

The stay was great and it was made so by the lovely Domy who was always there to assist but also to share a good laugh :) We didn't even feel like we were in a foreign country as she made us feel at home! Definitely coming back if ever visiting Rodos again.

Above Expectations

Above expectations! Extremely clean. The excellent concierge Domy made arrangements for the opera, on-site PCR test, and more. Her recommendations for neighborhood food, ATMs, and shopping made the trip so easy. The location is in a middle-class Greek neighborhood not a resort area. Easy walk to the Old City.

The hotel is close to the old city (15 minutes of walk or you can use the free bicycles that are offered by the hotel to the guests.) Domy at the reception is very friendly and helpful ( thanks for the mobile chargers). Τhe hotel is in a quiet residential area 15 minutes of walk from Zefyros (sandy beach). It is very clean with spacious rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A supermarket and a bakery are close to the hotel. I would recommend this facility and hope to stay there again in the future.
