Being within walking distance of the beach made our stay convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommend it for a relaxing retreat! We had a fantastic family stay, our kids loved the pool

This Villa suited us perfectly. The pool was the main attraction which was kept totally clean with regular maintenance visits. Pool area very private with sunbeds and parasols. The steps made it easy for young children and anyone with disabilities to get in and out. The Villa itself was clean and comfortable. Parking available for two cars on the drive. Kostas was very helpful with a minor maintenance issue. WiFi was available but did not reach upstairs or out to the pool side. Gennadi is a lovely town and restaurants excellent. Beach is nearby although we preferred other beaches. I have no reason not to give 5 stars.

Das Haus war wirklich schön, leider war es 2 Tage sehr kalt und das Haus war auch sehr kalt, die Heizungen gingen nicht.. trotzdem war es sehr schön.
