- If you want peace and relaxation during your holidays, our 3 levels independent villa of 300 m2 with private pool, provides luxurious and comfortable accommodation for families, couples or groups of friends and offers all the necessary facilities and modern amenities for a pleasant, relaxing and memorable stay.
Location: The house is located 10km away from Rhodes city, at Koskinou village, in Rhodes Island, 10 min drive to the beach (Kalithea, Faliraki, Ladiko, Antony Queen, Afandou) with crystal clear waters and local WATER PARK in Faliraki, 10 minutes drive distance to big super markets (Lidl, Alfa Vita, Sklavenitis) and 500 m walking distance to "Honey and Olive" mini market.. The position of the villa offers you fast access (10 min drive) to restaurants, coffee shops, clubs, all kind of shops, ATM, pharmacy, post office. The villa is surrounded by a very peaceful neighbourhood. The family that ones the house lives under it, at indipended houses with their one land.
At the ground floor of the house there is a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, twe bed rooms, one bathroom and one WC with shower. At the first floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms
. At the second floor, there is the attic a wonderful space, with a double bed, 2 sofa beds, bathroom, fridge.
All around there are huge balconies viewing the amazing pool and see view, BBQ, outdoor pergola with dining area. Around the pool there is sitting area with sun beds.
The villa combines rock stone and minimal features. Also remarkable is the breath-taking sea views that can be enjoyed from most rooms of the house and of course from the balconies.
Air-condition in all rooms. Private garage. Free Wi-Fi. Satellite TV.
In total Athina’ Pool Villa is possible to accommodate up to 21 adults.
Guest access: You can access the house via car following the national road from the airport. Approximately half an hour drive distance from the airport to the house. Once you arrive you can call me for directions and assistance. Also the house's position is pointed on the Google Earth map. We can arrange your car rental to wait for you at the airport or at the house

Great villa for a family holiday
Our family of six (2 adults and 4 teenagers) occupied this villa for 9 days. There was just the right amount of space for our needs. All the kids had their own bedrooms. The villa is located in peaceful area and you can enjoy your stay there in privacy. Car is recommended if want to go around the island. The owner who lives on site is very helpful but not intrusive at all. All in all very nice and peaceful villa.

We had an amazing stay at this villa for my best friend’s hen do 2nd July - 5th July! The villa was incredibly spacious, both inside and out, making it perfect for a larger group. It was equipped with everything we needed, so we felt right at home from the moment we arrived.
The outdoor space was fantastic, and the pool was absolutely lovely. There were plenty of sunbeds for everyone, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine together.
The host was absolutely amazing throughout our stay—so helpful and responsive, providing us with local taxi numbers and assisting with anything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming place to stay. We’d definitely love to return!

fantastische vakantie
We hadden een fantastische vakantie, onze gastheer en gastvrouw waren zeer vriendelijk, deden veel moeite om het ons naar de zin te maken, waren altijd attent en behulpzaam wanneer we iets wilden vragen, weten of veranderen maar waren absoluut niet opdringerig. We kwamen 's avonds laat aan, het zwembad was verlicht en het huis zag er fantastisch uit. We werden hartelijk verwelkomd door Mike en zijn vrouw met een fles wijn en bier en alle ingrediënten voor ons ontbijt voor de volgende dag zodat we rustig onze week in Koskinou konden beginnen. Alles was aanwezig, beddengoed, véél handdoeken, badlakens voor bij het zwembad, een grote keuken met letterlijk alles erin en een prima BBQ. Mike vergat zelfs niet onze 30e trouwdag (die we terloops genoemd hadden) en bracht een roos en bonbons voor ons, heel attent. Ik kan deze locatie en deze vriendelijke eigenaars van harte aanbevelen.

The Villa was perfect for our needs. The owners were very helpful when needed and not intrusive..
The Villa was perfect for our 12 day stay. We had a large group of family members staying together.. varying from 7 - 5 people during this time. Plenty of room for everyone. The owners had many amenities to help make our stay so pleasant. They even had treats and wine on our arrival. The pool and grounds were beautiful. The house was excellent for our needs.
The owners who live onsite were helpful when we needed help but not intrusive.
Perfect location for going into the town of Rhodes and other surrounding town..
Beautiful serene setting.
Only drawback is it is not easy to find for the 1st time.. however the taxi drivers were able to figure it out with the owners. To go places you need to rent a car..
We would definitely stay there again. Bravissimo!!!!
