Unieke ligging appartementen direct aan het strand. Foto's in advertenties zien er beter uit dan de (Griekse) werkelijkheid. Bij aankomst 's avonds probleempje met toilet. Werd direct aangepakt. Schoonmaak prima, zelfs de afwas werd gedaan. Ontbijt eenvoudig, weinig variatie, maar wel voldoende. Gezellig buiten gegeten met uitzicht op strand. Eigenaar is wat nors maar zeer behulpzaam.

Letto comodissimo...

Struttura potenzialmente ottima ma mal tenuta. Direttamente sulla spiaggia e a 30 minuti da Rodi. Letto comodissimo, appartamento spazioso e funzionale ma bagno maleodorante. Fatta notare la cosa al gestore, ha risposto che era un problema generale causa la sabbia delle doccie degli ospiti che intasava i sifoni....

Ottima la posizione: si trova vicino al centro e a tutte le spiagge più belle dell’isola e a quindici minuti da Rodi. Dispone di un giardino favoloso, appartamento con vista mare eccezionale , personale gentilissimo , arredamento semplice ma gradevole!!Da migliorare invece alcuni dettagli negli appartamenti che sono dotati di poche stoviglie e pentole ... nel mio , per esempio, la piastra per cucinare non era funzionante. Suggerirei anche di aggiungere un secondo condizionatore nella zona giorno negli appartamenti da quattro persone: di notte fa Trascorso due settimane bellissime!

Quiet hotel down town faliraki

I stayed only one night in the beach break hotel but will definitely com back. Although it’s close to faliraki it’s quiet and directly at the beach. Hotel offers a lot of places to relax outside. Stavros his family and the entire team give their upmost to make your stay unique.

Comfy beach break

We had a wonderful trip. The accomodation is right on the beach. The room was very comfortable and I thought it was great value for money. Do yourself a favour and watch sunrise.

Camera spaziosa, praticamente sulla spiaggia

Complesso immobiliare di discreta dimensione, tranquillo, non caotico ed adatto al relax, praticamente a conduzione familiare. Camera ampia e spaziosa,rinnovata di recente, in stile moderno e piacevole, bagno ampio con doccia e relativo box (particolare non scontato, in quanto quasi nessuna struttura in Grecia ne è dotata!) finito con resina alle pareti. La camera era dotata di letto matrimoniale e singolo, asciugacapelli, kit di cortesia (shampoo, docciaschiuma, ecc.), macchina per caffè Nespresso (apprezzatissima da noi italiani, le cialde compatibili si trovavano tranquillamente nei supermarket più grandi), frigorifero, condizionatore, cassaforte, pulizia e cambio biancheria puntuali. Titolare disponibile e molto ospitale. Uniche note dolenti, la mancanza di un armadio vero e proprio (presente solo un appendiabiti a vista un po' troppo piccolo) e presenza di fenomeni di umidità di risalita negli appartamenti a piano terreno (che comunque era appena visibile in alcuni punti e non creava particolare disagio). La nostra camera era dotata di un piccolo spazio antistante l'ingresso attrezzata con un piccolo tavolino e stendibiancheria, avremmo apprezzato maggiormente la presenza di una tenda da sole, come negli antri appartamenti, o al limite di un ombrellone per poter rimanere durante le ore di sole intenso. Nel complesso posso comunque affermare di essermi trovato molto bene presso la struttura consigliandola soprattutto a coppie o famiglie

molto, molto bene; splendida esperienza

esperienza assolutamente positiva; accoglienza e servizio ottimi sia in camera sia in spiaggia. Beach Break è luogo tranquillo ma anche a due passi dal movimentatissimo Faliraky. La pulizia è stata buona e quotidiana. La camera al primo piano è con bella vista sul mare. Cameriere gentilissime e il servizio in spiaggia è stato molto buono e cordiale (ombrellone, lettini,bibite, caffè, ecc... tutto ok)

Appartamento a due passi dal mare

Si tratta di appartamenti arredati molto bene, dotati di ottima vista sul mare e dai quali si accede direttamente alla spiaggia. Il personale é gentile e disponibile, in particolar modo Stefanos, estremamente professionale e a cui ci si può rivolgere per qualsiasi dritta sull'isola o problema da risolvere.

Struttura non molto tenuta bene,alla prenotazione il wiifii era gratuito mentre in realtà è a pagamento. Altre ad uno scarafaggio in camera c era pure un nido di formiche . Le foto non sono veritiere e giardini e aiuole sporche e lasciate a se stesse. Peccato perché il proprietario è gentilissimo

Rooms very modern , however, bathroom floor in ground floor studio was constantly soaking wet - the water from shower didn’t drain properly so it left a foul smell. The property could have done with a try up in grass area.

La stanza che ci è stata data non era esattamente come si vede dalle foto ma con un arredamento più spartano. Il bagno aveva la doccia senza tendina e l'attacco al muro era rotto. Inoltre la finestra del bagno non si poteva aprire. Le pulizie non sono giornaliere come indicato ma vengono fatte ogni due giorni. L'aspetto positivo di questa struttura è la posizione, molto comoda come punto di partenza per visitare l'isola. Posititiva anche la presenza del bar/ristorante e della spiaggia attrezzata.

Grazioso appartamento sul mare.

Appartamento sul mare, personale o meglio titolare molto cordiale e disponibilissimo a farti sentire a tuo agio. Mare bello, clima ottimo e posto ideale dove trascorrere almeno una settimana in relax. Per chi come me è stata la prima esperienza in Grecia, mi sento di consigliare a tutti di farla almeno una volta nella vita.

Perfekte Strandlage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Direkt am Strand und nur 10 Minuten von Faliraki Zentrum. Tolle moderne Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. In der Lounge am Strand läuft entspannte Musik bei herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Direkt nebenan ist eine gute Taverne. Zum zweiten mal dort gewesen und spontan drei Tage verlängert. Werde wieder kommen.

Besser als jedes 4-Stern-Hotel und jedes andere Hotel, das wir je in Griechenland hatten und wir fahren seit über 20 Jahren nach Griechenland. Neu eingerichtet, sauber (die Putzfrau bemerkte man nicht), tolle Lage (direkt am Strand) und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Das einzige Manko war das Nichtvorhandensein eines Sonnenschutzes auf der Terrasse.

Beach Break in Settembre

per quanto molto breve devo dire ottimamente. Struttura direttamente sulla spiaggia ma al contempo molto vicina al centro di Faliraki che si raggiunge comodamente a piedi in 5 minuti. Gestione familiare ma molto attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti, include un bar/ristorante che offre una buona varietà di scelta di bevande, snacks e piatti tipici della cucina greca. il personale della struttura, del bar ristorante e della spiaggia è estremamente cordiale e sempre disponibile alle richieste degli ospiti. infine il rapporto qualità prezzo in considerazione di quanto sopra è sicuramente vantaggioso.

bellissimo hotel/residence, vacanza favolosa

la vacanza è stata come mi aspettavo, hotel nuovo e pulitissimo, personale molto gentile a conduzione familiare, prezzi ragionevoli e meno cari dell'Italia, hotel situato vicinissimo al centro e praticamente sulla spiaggia, mare favoloso con servizio bar, ombrelloni e sdraio, possibiltà di fare sport acquatici e girare l'isola sia con noleggio macchina o come abbiamo fatto noi con il Quad...... non poteva essere più bello....consigliatissimo !!!!!
