This beachfront luxurious summer home, just a few steps from Afandou beach (Blue Flag) in Rhodes Island, is the perfect choice for unwinding under the warm Aegean sun with peace and quiet that will restore your soul. The beach is 6 kilometers long with stretches of sand and small pebbles.

The moment you enter the villa a relaxing, fresh and regal atmosphere welcomes you. Tastefully selected pieces from all over the world decorate the 320 square meter (3.500 square feet) retreat that accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.

The villa is split in two levels with separate entrances for more privacy. The ground floor area consists of 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped with top-grade amenities kitchen with a dining table, a living area with comfy sofas and a large flat screen TV, Satellite channels and Netflix. The master bedroom has a large bathtub and a separate shower cubicle. All bedrooms have their own Smart flat screen TV's. Also on the ground floor there's a fireplace and an additional dining area. Large windows in the living area and throughout the house invite you to admire the view of the Aegean's blue waters, the pool and the garden.

The first floor, completely independent from the lower level, consists of an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a living area with sofas and a coffee table. The view from the terrace & the living area on the top floor is breathtaking, during the day but even more so during the night. There is a large flat screen TV with a DVD-player, a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a bedroom with a queen size bed. All bedrooms have fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes. Regarding cooling & heating, there's a central unit with separate temperature controllers in all areas. There's a 24hr warm water supply and high pressure shower heads in all bathrooms.

The outdoor area has a 4100 sq. m. (13500 sq. ft.) lawn garden with trees, multicolor buganvilias around the fence, jasmine and many local herbs and flowers. The scenery is completed with a small waterfall and a pond with water lilies adding a unique ambiance to the outdoor space.

The villa has a large swimming pool with hydro massage, perfect for soaking up the sun by day, and watching the bright stars by night. The outdoor area is furnished with a queen size daybed, 2 dining tables and many comfortable sun lounges.
