Lovely hotel & good food

Lovely hotel. Pools are really clean. Food is really good, lots of different restaurants to eat in so don’t get bored. Staff are really friendly. Rooms are really lovely with mini fridge filled daily. Only thing I will say no iron in any rooms, reception said we would have to pay €2.50 to iron one top.

Highly recommend, amazing resort, perfect holiday

Amazing resort for families, couples or however you decide to travel.I spoke after booking with Nikos, the reservation manager and he was very friendly and helpful(thank you for all,Nikos!!) . I had a private pool, a duplex with sea view, it was very clean, the main restaurant has a diversity of food and starters and main courses and desserts, and the wine they offer are superb. As well lots of snack bars and bars, the pool bar offers very good cocktails and the staff is so polite, great service. It was heaven. Highly recommend this place. I felt spoiled!!! I will book again for next year, this for sure. A big thank you to all over there, you made my holiday guys!!!

OK, men ikke et 5 stjernet hotel. Højst 3 stjerner

Beliggenhed rigtig god. Faciliteter OK. Masser af muligheder for at dyrke vandsport på stranden Ingen håndklæder og shampoo på værelset, da vi ankom. Skulle bede om rene håndklæder til værelset op til flere gange i løbet af ugen. Er det rimeligt, at man skal betale for rene pool håndklæder på et fem stjernet hotel? Dårlige senge. Bruserholder i stykker Tennisbane for kort og i dårlig forfatning. Bad om opgradering af værelser op til flere gange i løbet af ugen, men ingen opfølgning herpå fra personalet. Vidste aldrig, hvad der var ledigt af værelser og noterede alt manuelt i en bog, hvilket gjorde, at beskeder blev glemt istedet for at bruge moderne IT teknologi til håndtering heraf.. Personalet ikke særlig imødekommende eller hjælpsomme med planlægning af udflugter. Fik dog fantastisk service af biludlejningsfirmaet på stedet.
