Gorgeous villa

We all loved our stay at this beautiful villa. We were a group of 10 ladies, celebrating some 50th birthdays - the villa and location couldn't have been more perfect. The villa is beautifully styled and the outdoor space, pool and view are all amazing. We arranged for 2 ladies to come in and gives us massages one day - that coupled with the view, was absolute bliss.

Amazing villa for a celebration

The pictures of this villa look stunning, but they donā€™t do it justice. The outdoor area, views and facilities are breathtaking. Inside is compact but we never felt cramped as a group of 10 adults. Violeta the housekeeper was very accommodating and helpful. The location is perfect to be close to Lindos, but somewhere peaceful. We absolutely loved our stay and many have vowed to return. 5 star.

Fabulous Villa

This is the most beautiful Villa with a fantastic outside space, the views of the ocean are stunning and the heated pool was perfect for our smallest grandchildren. The jacuzzi was used everyday by all and is a real extra treat even in the glorious weather weā€™ve just had in mid October. There are two lovely restaurants and a beach bar 5 minutes walk and a couple of supermarkets for essentials, if you need to do a full shop we suggest hiring a small car or using the taxi service as they are too far to walk. The beach is also 5 minutes away but not suitable for small children as it is shingle and stone which was a real shame as the bay is lovely. We had a late arrival but Violetta the housekeeper shopped for us so we had all essentials for the evening and morning, she also checks in by message to make sure all is ok during your stay, nothing is too much trouble and she is a real star. We all had the most wonderful holiday and some lovely food in the rooftop bars in Lindos Village and would highly recommend booking Louzoia Bay Villa for your stay in this area.

Our stay at Louzoia Bay started off bumpy as we had to stay outside with all of our things incl groceries while the house was being cleaned. We had agreed days earlier on a 3pm arrival/check in but didnā€™t get in until 4pm. We also noticed a sewage smell in the main part of the house, growing stronger in bathrooms. This continued throughout our week stay. The pictures posted online were clearly stock and not accurate to this house. Outdoor furniture was rusted and terribly uncomfortable. That being said, the location was great and was a 10 minute walk down to the beach. The place is a bit hidden and all of us including those with taxi drivers, had trouble locating the house. The view canā€™t be beat and the house was near the sites we wanted to see including Lindos with an easy drive into the town. The big grocery store is also minutes away. If you plan to walk or use the bus, the area has steep hills and itā€™s a hike to get up to main road to bus stop. I recommend a car. We had to ask for the pool heater to be turned on as the pool was freezing. A few hiccups as well with broken door handles and a door that didnā€™t lock at all on the front of the house. We also ran out of toilet paper and paper towels but most homes do not provide that. Hand soap would have been a nice in baths An FAQ book would be extremely handy as many things required explanation. We also never had cable which we didnā€™t expect to use often but on lazy nights would have wanted to watch a movie.

This villa was absolutely beautiful. The pool and outside area are stunning with spectacular views over the bay and sea. Lindos is just a 5 minute taxi ride away and with a fabulous sandy beach, is a must.

Stunning location and outdoor space. Comfortable but not luxury

We are regulars to Lindos for 25 years and have rented many villas, The first impressions of this villa are as expected. Breath taking views, beautiful large pool and outside area and beautiful macrame and subtle palette through out. However when you scratch below that it did not live up to the luxury status we had expected. No master suite, all bedrooms are the same size. We chose one of the bedrooms with an ensuite, however the ensuite was so small you could not fully open the door. and there was barely any space for toiletries. The non-ensuite bathrooms were slightly bigger. Beds were comfortable and there is a good supply of bed linen. I was horrified by the quality of the towels supplied - stiff/rough/stained , the dullest of greys and green.(not the white fluffy ones in the photos and no cheerful beach towels). My son scratched his eye and howled when they shredded up his only slightly sunburnt skin. We asked for better towels and they were replaced with some new but cheap thin towels. The kitchen was poorly equipped with the cheapest of IKEA utensils, pans etc. The thin plastic chopping boards were horrendously worn and tea towels had holes in them. There was not any decent serve ware, just some catering style metal trays and a glass bowl with a chip in it. There were only 5 wine glasses. When I asked for some decent salad bowls we were bought plastic trays which must have cost no more than a euro. The villa is not equipped for entertaining let alone in style. By the end of the 3 weeks I found the kitchen quite depressing. The sun beds were worn and tatty. The outdoor sofa was not comfortable to sit on and the outdoor hanging macrame lights were not actually fitted with lights.... With some small upgrades and consistent quality throughout this villa could be so much better.... If you don't know the local area, the villa is extremely well located for Lindos and surrounding area.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in dieser wunderschƶnen Villa. Der Aussenbereich ist traumhaft und so schƶn weitlƤufig. Der Pool hatte wunderbare 31 Grad Ende Oktober, so dass die Kinder von morgens bis abends planschen konnten. Violetta stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Zimmeraufteilung war perfekt fĆ¼r uns. Jedes Zimmer hatte Fliegengitter und elektrische RolllƤden zum abdunkeln. 4 der 5 Zimmer hatten Zugang zum Pool und das 5te Zimmer war eine Etage hƶher. Supermarkt, Restaurants und auch das wunderschƶne Lindos waren in unmittelbarer NƤhe. Der Strand ist in 3 min fusslƤufig erreichbar. Nachteil:-Die KĆ¼chenausstattung hƤtten wir uns hochwertiger gewĆ¼nscht, schƶnes Geschirr, schƶne GlƤser, vernĆ¼nftige Pfannen, Tƶpfe. Schƶne SalatschĆ¼sseln, Utensilien zum Grillen usw. -Es hat leider in 2 BƤdern moderig gerochen und die BƤder sind generell schon sehr abgenutzt, werden aber wohl zum Teil jetzt erneuert, laut Violetta. -Die Kissen waren sehr hart. -Neue TischtennisschlƤger wƤren super :)Sehr positiv:-Der Pool und Whirlpool waren wunderschƶn und Ende Oktober herrlich warm. -Traumhafte Aussicht und da es abends nur auf 20 Grad abgekĆ¼hlt hat, konnten wir den AuƟenbereich bis spƤt abends genieƟen. -Tolle OutdoorkĆ¼che lƤd zum Grillen ein. -Ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem alles in der NƤhe. -GenĆ¼gend Parkmƶglichkeiten direkt am Haus. -Kostenlose Zwischenreinigung bei 10 Tage Aufenthalt. -Unkomplizierte und schnell Kommunikation.
Wunderschƶner, beheizter Pool.
Zimmer waren alle Ƥhnlich vom Stil und die Betten sehr bequem.
Toller, beleuchteter Outdoorbereich abends.

Heel vriendelijk ontvangst. Prachtige locatie, alles erop en eraan. Helaas hadden we regen en daarom een minpuntje; overdekt buiten zitten niet mogelijk. Althans waterdicht niet mogelijk, wel goede schaduw plekken. Schoonmaak ook fantastisch, halverwege de week kwamen ze handdoeken wisselen en bedden verschonen. Erg lux, we voelden ons verwend.

Fantastic property! 5 starsā­ļø

We stayed at Louzoia Bay villa for 2 weeks for my wedding celebrations. The villa has everything you could possibly need to have an enjoyable relaxing stay with friends and family. The grounds are much bigger than pictured! It is the perfect space for hosting friends and family and for wedding morning celebrations!. We hosted 40 friends/family over for welcome drinks and there was still plenty of room outside for everyone to comfortably socialise and relax. The villa was cleaned twice weekly with fresh bedding and towels. The decor is gorgeous with every room and outdoor space working well together. Location is fantastic for getting into Lindos, or if youā€™ve not got a car nor do you fancy getting a cab, you can walk to vilcha beach where there are two lovely restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. Only negatives if I had to pick them - no toothbrush charging points in walls - not all of the bedroom doors lock shut, but the shutters make sure itā€™s safe. - local cats will wander into the garden and try to get into the villa (probably from previous people feeding them), but you get this everywhere in Lindos!! If youā€™re scared of cats maybe avoid Lindos.

Fantastic week

Had a fantastic week in a beautiful villa. Upon arrival, a little early, Violetta was still doing the final cleaning but we could go inside immediately, were shown around and were told all kinds of interesting facts. If we had wishes we could pass them on to her. Halfway through the week towels etc. were changed. Because of sahara sand rain everything was cleaned again. Villa is located very nicely with a fantastic sea view, has a lovely pool, jacuzzi, hammocks and a large outdoor area with bar and BBQ area. The villa is located a few minutes drive from Lindos, a cozy town with white houses, stores and restaurants. In short, the villa is a guarantee for a wonderful holyday.

Kann mich den VorgƤnger nur anschlieƟen alles super.Ausblick Wunderschƶn . Anfang April leider kein Restaurant in der NƤhe geƶffnet. Vermieterin hat uns auf Anfrage eine Kaffeemaschine gesorgt weil unsere Gruppe doch lieber Filter Kaffee trinkt. Auch sonst bei fragen sehr schnelle Antwort Ć¼ber Telefon alles bestens. Nachteil die Katzen die sich nachts auf die Auflagen StĆ¼hle setzen sonst wirklich nichts

We were a group of 10 adult family members celebrating a special birthday. We found the outdoor area very spacious and ideal for entertaining particularly the BBQ area. The indoor space was restrictive for a group of adults particularly in the evenings when it was cool. We did have a couple of issues with the pool and plumbing for the sink but Violetta was very attentive and quick to respond. The issue with the sink wasnā€™t resolved during our stay, the plumber didnā€™t come out so we couldnā€™t use without it flooding the bathroom floor apparently this issue was highlighted by previous guests. Location of the villa is lovely with beautiful views to wake up to and only short distance from lovely Lindos.

Traumhaft schƶne zwei Wochen

Puh wo fange ich an. Wir waren mit 6 Leuten fĆ¼r zwei Wochen in der Villa. Wow. Es ist kaum in Worte zu fassen wie toll dieses Haus ist. Die Bilder versprechen auf keinen Fall zu viel. Die ganze AuƟenanlage ist so groƟ und schƶn. Der Pool (12X5 Meter) ist DAS Highlight. Aber auch die AussenkĆ¼che mit Grill, die LiegeflƤche, der Whirlpool...man weiƟ gar nicht wo man anfangen soll. Die Kommunikation mit Christos ist super (wir durften sogar einen Tag vorher anreisen). Die Betreuung vor Ort ebenfalls perfekt. Alle 5 Tage wird alles gereinigt und die HandtĆ¼cher gewechselt. Die vorhandene Tischtennisplatte wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. BƤlle und SchlƤger vorhanden. Die Aussicht aufs Meer...Wahnsinn. Keine 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ein groƟer Supermarkt, wo es auch frisches Fleisch gibt. Perfekt. Also wir kƶnnen nach zwei Wochen nur sagen dass wir einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht haben. Danke fĆ¼r dieses tolle Haus und die nette Betreuung. Ach noch eine kleine Empfehlung zum Essen gehen. Ebenfalls knapp 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Restaurant Konstantin. Besser geht es kaum. Bitte auf jeden Fall ausprobieren. Reservierung aber empfohlen.

Amazing villa

We had an awesome week at the villa. 10 of us stayed for a week in August and everything was amazing. The villa is insane. The views are incredible and itā€™s so close to Lindos. Definitely coming back next year! Couldnā€™t find a fault with anything.

Wunderbares Haus in sehr guter Lage mit sensationellem AuƟenbereich

Wir waren mit 8 Personen eine Woche im Herbst in diesem wundervollen Haus. Wir haben es in einem blitzsauberen Zustand angetroffen - Early-Check-In war Ć¼berhaupt kein Problem - Ć¼berhaupt lief die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw. seinen Vertretern vor Ort problemlos. Das Haus hat 5 sehr funktionale Zimmer (4 im EG, 1 im OG) fĆ¼r jeweils 2 Personen. In der KĆ¼che findet man alles, was man braucht - z.B. eine Kaffeemaschine fĆ¼r Filterkaffee und alternativ eine Nespresso-Maschine. Auch sehr schƶn: MĆ¼ckennetze an allen Fenstern! Aber das eigentliche Highlight des Hauses ist zweifellos der AuƟenbereich mit dem spektakulƤren Blick aufs Meer. Die Bilder Ć¼bertreiben in keinster Weise. Der beheizbare Pool und der Whirlpool sind ein Traum, 10 Liegen, 10 StĆ¼hle um einen tollen Esstisch (im Haus gibt es keinen separaten Esstisch - rund um die KĆ¼cheninsel ist aber Platz), weitere Sitzgelegenheiten zum Chillen und eine AuƟenkĆ¼che mit Grill und extra KĆ¼hlschrank. Auch die Tischtennisplatte wurde reichlich genutzt. Zur Lage: Bars und Restaurants sowie der Strand fuƟlƤufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten, ein groƟer Supermarkt weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Auto und ein kleiner fĆ¼r das Nƶtigste fuƟlƤufig bei einem der Restaurants. Wenige Minuten bis Lindos, eine knappe Stunde zum Flughafen. Wir kƶnnen das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschƶne Villa bei Lindos

Die Villa ist sehr schƶn eingerichtet, insbesondere der Garten mit groƟem Pool und toller Aussicht bieten gute Erholung. Fragen zum Objekt wurden vom Vermieter innerhalb weniger Minuten beantwortet. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

La villa est magnifique, situĆ©e au centre de lā€™ile, elle permet dā€™explorer les diffĆ©rentes attractions via des sorties journaliĆØres! La plage est Ć  3 minutes de marche et de la villa nous avons une vue exceptionnelle! Christos est un hĆ“te trĆØs attentionnĆ©, il rĆ©pond rapidement Ć  vos besoins et Ć  ses courriels ! Prachtige villa met alle faciliteiten. Erg goede locatie op niet meer dan 200 meter van het strand. Schitterend zeezicht. Prachtig, groot en verwarmd buitenzwembad. Je kunt de hele dag blijven kijken naar de infinity pool waarbij het lijkt dat het water overloopt in de zee. Comfortabele bedden. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van airco. Heerlijk terras met buitensalon en buitenkeuken. Ook de jacuzzi is een heerlijke extra. Hartelijke ontvangst. Een echte aanraderā€¦

Best time of our life!!!

The best view ever! The villa was everything I wished for. The view was incredible!!! The villa was fully equiped, very clean and everything was near by but at the same time we were isolated by noises. The sea was 2 min away which the waters were crystal clear and Lindos village was 5 min drive and amazing!!!
