Stunning hotel and amazing rooms. Amazing breakfast and amenities including well equipped gym and pool. The champagne bar was also a highlight. The food was of a good standard in general, but my main complaint is that restaurants cannot be booked before arriving, and when we arrived some of the à la cart options were already fully booked for the full week of our stay. This is unacceptable for a hotel that charges a premium for this. We could also see other guests complaining about this at reception. We also felt the cocktails could be improved and at times it was difficult to get a bed at the pool. Overall great hotel and if they can fix the restaurant booking system would be 5/5.

Stunning hotel - had wanted to go for 4 years before we finally booked and we were certainly not disappointed. It won’t be 4 years before we book again! Felt like royalty for our stay - ate like kings and the staff can’t do enough for you. Swim up pool was a huge plus for us. We also visited the spa - whilst a little pricey, it was the best facial I’ve ever had. Not much to do nearby and not in comfortable walking distance of any other restaurants and bars. However, we were very happy just staying onsite for our full stay! Next time we plan to stay a night or two in the old town before heading to Mayia to relax for a week. Unfortunately Rhodes airport does bring you crashing back to earth a bit before heading home!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Mayia Exclusive Resort in Rhodes. The facilities were stunning, the food was delicious, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. A truly perfect 5-star experience. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay but do think it lacks the ultra luxury we have experienced elsewhere (for similar or even less £!) All in all the hotel is stunning, the beach is great, food was spot on and staff were lovely. Only gripes were housekeeping could have been better, dirty mops and the swim up balcony was only swept once in our week there. Service can be a little slow, great for first drinks but difficult to get served as it get busier, unless you’re at the main bar where service was excellent every time. However at the other bars only ever seems to be 1 waiting on and obviously they are rushed off their feet. Although food and drinks were great - all the menus are accessed by QR codes which is quite annoying on a holiday where you are actively trying not be on your phone! We had a massage which was brilliant and throughly relaxing. Would definitely recommend the spa.

The staff were super friendly and helpful the whole stay and the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. The food was also incredible at all of the restaurants. So much choice in the buffet everyday. We had some of the best meals ever at the Asien and Greek restaurants in particular. Overall very relaxed and welcoming vibe. The best all-inclusive holiday we’ve ever had!

Excellent all-inclusive stay for our honeymoon. Staff and service were amazing. We used the beach everyday and beach had amazing service. Food was excellent and i recommend making reservations for the different restaurants as they book up fast. We liked the asian and greek restaurants the best. Just note, this hotel is a bit far from the port of rhodes. Overall, great honeymoon and would easily stay here again.

This was our 6th visit to The Mayia hotel and it never disappoints . From the moment you walk in you are greeted with calmness and smiles. All the staff in every area of the hotel are all wonderful although a special mention for Erjeta in customer relations for looking after us and making our trip extra special . Food drink and entertainment is all excellent too , can’t wait for our next visit . 😃

The room was spotless, the staff were fantastic, the food was amazing, the beach view was decent. The beach is a short walk from the main resort area, you have to walk out of the resort, cross a small road and enter the beach. The beach was rocky and not smooth. The bars were great, staff paid attention to details.

A special thanks to the restaurant and bar teams, who were absolute highlights of the experience. The restaurant staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout every meal, making sure every detail was taken care of. Likewise, the bar staff were excellent, knowledgeable about the menu, quick to provide recommendations, and always friendly. Their high level of service made the stay much more enjoyable. Staff extremely helpful and attentive. Place very clean, loads to do in the resort. You can rent out boat and jet ski right at the beach. Entertainment was top notch - something going on every night. I felt like I should share our experience because we came here expecting a true five-star luxury stay and, unfortunately, it just didn’t feel that way. We had just come from another hotel that was amazing, so maybe the contrast made it harder, but we also paid quite a bit more to stay here and really thought we were splurging on something special. One of the biggest issues for us was communication between staff, especially when it came to food. We both need to avoid gluten and dairy, and we made that very clear at check-in, at meals, and throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we were sometimes told by one staff member that something was safe to eat, only to later be told by someone else that it wasn’t. We both ended up feeling unwell after eating, which was really disappointing and could have been avoided with clearer communication. That said, the staff at the Italian restaurant, Wasabi, and the steakhouse were fantastic. They were careful, thorough, and really made an effort to make sure we were comfortable with what we were eating. We really appreciated that. The buffet was much more difficult. They had a printed allergy sheet showing all the different icons for allergens, which seemed like a great idea, but none of the food at the buffet was actually labelled with those icons.
