Olga Villas in South Rhodes (Villa C)

  • Villa C is one of 4 free standing, beach front villas which are identical in terms of position, layout and design. Open space, sophisticated interiors and great outdoors, built and equipped to the highest standards. The villas’ grounds reach a beautiful, secluded beach which is accessible through a private path. The beach itself has small pebbles, some shade trees in the back, a true garden Eden. Built side by side on a narrow headland, all villas have full sea view. The distance between the villas ensures absolute privacy concerning sight and sound. Each villa has a private overflow pool right in front of the living room with the sea blending right behind. The villas are accessed from the main road by a private driveway. There is parking space for several cars within each villa's own grounds. This villa (C) is the third nearest to the beach.

Das Haus war alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Das Mobiliar draußen verrostet und ungemütlich. Aus der Dusche kam kaum Wasser, die Küche war nicht sauber. Es gäbe noch Einiges aufzuzählen. Wir haben uns unwohl gefühlt und haben uns sofort eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Schade, man müsste einfach nochmal in das Haus investieren.

Wonderful location but villa lacked maintenance and communication with owners.

Location superb. Villa accommodation comfortable. However, shower fixing broken, backdoor not locking and broken, washing machine incorrectly plumbed so flooding upstairs bathroom, some broken shutter mechanisms. All due to poor maintenance. Missing facilities....no clothes airer, ironing board, cleaning materials, food chopping board, toaster. Communication with Olga non existant despite assurances she would visit. Given the luxury description on VRBO and the high price ... apart from its situation we were underwhelmed and would not book again.

Es müssten mal die Wasserhähne getauscht werden und die wc Deckel. Ausreichend Sonnenliegen ,drei je Haus sind was wenig. Strand sollte im Bereich der liegen mal aufgeräumt werden dort lieg einiger Müll der vom mehr angespült wurde. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Marcus

La villa è bellissima. Posizione isolata ed incantevole. Mare appena sotto casa praticamente privato. Piacina tenuta benissimo e casa in ottimo stato anche se due piccoli difetti ci sono ma sono minimi veramente. Consiglio a tutti di prenotarla per vacanze da sogno. Un ringraziamento speciale al tuttofare Georg che era sempre presente e manteneva la piscina da 5 stelle. Cordiale e simpatico. Grazie Enrico e famiglia. Italia

Super for families

Super location almost directly on the beach. Nice view. Lots of space for a familly. We were 4 but 6 people would also have enough space. Few minor (maintenance) issues to fix (e.g. door in the shower, door in the bathroom). Would like to come again.

Great location

The house and location were fabulous. There were one or two problems with the check in, the electrics shorting out and the water pressure, but not enough to spoil anything. The only small criticism is that the communication prior to checking in was not very fluid so we felt a little isolated. The website could benefit from more detail about the amenities, the equipment provided and the location and you would probably get more sales. All in all a lovely relaxing holiday.

Dream vacation

Beautiful and spacious house located on the isolated and absolutely stunning stretch of beach in Lahania, southern part of Rhodes. Quiet, private property (1 of 4 villas), offering beautiful view of Aegean sea, all amenities of home, with easy access to groceries if you wish to make your meals, or great restaurants and taverns offering local, authentic food. Highly recommend for those who look for blissfull and intimate escape.

Ein erholsames Urlaub!

Das Haus ist nur ein Vermietobjekt für Touristen , dass merkt man an der Einrichtung auch fehlten ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die nach Rücksprache erledigt wurden. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub mit atemberaubender Aussicht.

Luxurious and Relaxing Sunny villa near the beach!

We stayed at this property in September 2013. Our stay was absolutely amazing and we highly recommend it! The villa has a spectacular view of the ocean and is on a cliff overlooking a private beach. The villa itself is new, very modern with all the luxuries including quite a large private pool outside, A/C in each room, a beautiful balcony on top, a BBQ and a Jacuzzi. All the furniture is brand new and of very high quality. There is plenty of space and even a small garden outside to relax and sun bathe in, and each bedroom has large windows, the villa has a lot of natural sun light! Great to get a tan :) We really enjoy the living room and the covered patio on the ground floor near the pool. Also in the evenings we enjoyed taking walks on the beach, which is literally 5 minutes walk away. George, Ioannis and Olga made stay memorable and took care of our every needs. They answered any question , gave valuable advice as to what to see and go (very good local advice) and were very genuine and kind. George even waited for us late at night, on our first night because were delayed from the airport and Ioannis was on the phone making sure everything was ok - we really felt safe, cared for and were in good company. The location of the villa is quite cozy and on the south end of the island, it is a bit of a drive from Rhodes International airport, so you need a rental car. The villa is relatively close to the shopping areas (10 -15 minutes drive for food etc..), but it located just outside a small village, so there is a lot of privacy, yet close to all the amenities. There is also a local restaurant about a 5 minutes drive away and a beach bar about 3 minutes drive away. We spend a lot of time travelling and this is was our first villa rental in Greece. We were a little weary with renting a villa and were unsure at first because of so many scams going on in the villa business online. However, from the start Ioannis was very professional, all our dealings with the bookings were done as per a rental contract and we very satisfied and all our concerns were well taken care of. We paid everything through PayPal. The only minor draw back was on our first night it was a bit hard to find the villa. This is because the sign for the villa is quite small and not lit, however as mentioned earlier, George found us. We highly recommend staying at this place to anyone, and we hope to come back again next time we in Greece!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben mit sechs Personen in Villa C gewohnt und einen traumhaften Urlaub dort verbracht. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Villen sind sehr modern eingerichtet und bieten ausreichend Platz. Der Außenbereich ist gepflegt. Jede Villa verfügt über einen eigenen Pool, Der Strand ist fußläufig in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Diesen hatten wir die ganze Woche für uns alleine. Ein Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Dort bekommt man alles was man so brauch. Die vier Villen liegen so voneinander entfernt dass man von den anderen Bewohnern so gut wie gar nichts mitbekommt. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen!!
