Village View Afantou combines comfort, relaxation and luxury in a great location of Village Afantou near all kinds of conveniences and places of interest. Also, the villa is quite close from the cleanest beach of the island, Afantou beach, in an only 5 minute drive. Ideal for families and groups of friends, the villa is arranged in 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 double bedded rooms and one with twin beds. Also, there are 2 single sofa beds in the living room. All bedrooms have balconies and offer panoramic views. In the master bedroom there is a bathroom that features hydromassage. There are 3 bathrooms in total as well as a shower. Villa features a spacious living room with a flat screen TV and satellite channels. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens for any meal preparation accompanied from the dining areas. There are some extra amenities and luxuries such as the gym with a sauna and a shower, the Jacuzzi with the great view to the swimming pool. The villas outdoor spaces feature a large private swimming pool with sunbeds, a pavilion offering BBQ facilities with outdoor dining area, everything surrounded by the eye pleasing gardens where you can relax and enjoy the perfect summer days of Rhodes.
The villa is located within walking distance from Afantou village, close to all kinds of conveniences such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and car rentals. The villa is quite close from the cleanest beach of the island, Afantou beach, in an only 5 minute drive. The crystal clear blue water of the sea deepens abruptly as you walks in, making swimming really exciting and enjoyable. The villa is also close to some of the best beaches of the island in close proximity to Afantou beach. You can also find the golf course of the island. Along this beautiful beach visitors can find coffee shops and bars serving cold drinks, as well as restaurants serving fish and traditional food. The villa is also close to the best beach of the island Tsampika only a 15 minute drive. This beach stretches over 1 km and combines soft, golden sand with crystal clear and shallow waters. For those who want to do some sightseeing during their holidays, Close to the villa you can also find 7 springs, or "Epta Piges" as it is commonly called, that is a place of unique natural beauty and offers visitors a unique opportunity to appreciate nature and the wild life of the island.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
