“I stayed 4 nights at this wonderful property and chose it because it was close to downtown Ft Worth. The apartment was clean / well decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent and I would definitely stay here again. ”

“I came to Denton for a conference and didn't want to stay at a noisy hotel. The place was exactly as described and the bed was heavenly. I had everything I needed and being able to wake up to the birds rather than traffic noise was a very nice surprise. It is tucked away in the back of the property and quiet. The hosts were very communicative and would have promptly handled any issues I would have had. I will stay here again when in the area.”

“These were the issues we had during our stay: -prior to our trip, poor communication from property manager -the initial check in process was overwhelming-the property is an apartment with two entrances on opposite sides of the building. There are 4 entrances to the building-only certain entrances use a key, others a number pad & key fob. I was not given a key fob which gave me access to the entrance closest to the reserved parking spot (which was rarely used due to the distance). The property……

“Do not book. This is a scam. The host never contacted me and I was stranded in Fort Worth with no place to stay. This put my safety at risk greatly. I still have not heard from the host and it is the next day and my booking window is over.”

“Everything was comfortable. We loved the privacy and the grounds suited us perfectly. We had our dog with us and being able to walk around in the morning was great. Perfect stay for us!”

“Great house in the perfect spot. Minutes to stockyards and downtown. House was clean and perfect amount of space for everybody. Garage for parking was nice as well! Not a complaint at all, driveway is a little tight for larger vehicles, but there is street parking if you’re not comfortable making the squeeze!”
