The rusty old refrigerator in the kitchen gives the impression that the owner lacks pride in maintaining the rental. "We spent a busy and wonderful week at Cecilia & Claudio manor. The manor is well located, closed from Formia, Gaeta, Mondragone, a hour far from Naples (easy driving to any cities using the countryside road). "The hotel was lovely, but it’s NOT a spa. There are no spa facilities. If this is the reason for choosing this hotel, you will be disappointed. It’s a long way to Naples as well. On the other hand, the rooms are pleasant, the breakfast was fine, the staff were helpful and there are some lovely restaurants nearby. You may want a car, as it isn’t really a hugely walkable area."
