Ribeauville is a wonderful small town in the Alsace region. The L'Hotel and Spa complimented our lovely stay in this beautiful town. The spa was a great bonus and perfectly clean. Just a short stroll from the hotel and many great restaurants that serve wonderful regional food. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming.

Greatly located. A beautiful gem very conveniently located, on a busy yet charming street with great choices of restaurants, boulangeries, boutiques…etc. It’s a family owned beautiful hotel with 37 rooms. We stayed two nights there.

Room was nice and roomy, didn't have the opportunity to use the Spa but it looked good when I went to take a look. Breakfast is average and no parking are two minuses.

this hotel is right on the main historic road. the rooms are a bit small and. weird. my third floor room had a slanted ceiling including over the tub, and i bumped my head quite a few times. also there was a post right in front of an entrant to the room. some of the staff were wonderful: catalina, muhammad, elizabeth, smiling blond lady with glasses. breakfast was ample and good with gourmet loose tea.

Really nice overall, a bit small rums but they were really nice and fresh. The elevator made sounds between floor 2 and 3, sounding like it was going against something. Central location and easy to find parking

Efficient hotel with spa but g no wellness feeling

The hotel in just in the pedestrian zone so very central but be prepared to carry your luggage the last 50 - 100m and up the stairs if you stay in the suites. The Spa area is nicely done and well maintained. The beds are good and room facilities are fine. If they would move the breakfast room out of the basement to the 1st-floor with street view and some drink services during the day it would change the place from nice lodging with a spa to great hotel with spa... when adding some more and then probably smiling staff 😉. Till then you'll not get many returning guests for 200 per night.

Lovely hotel- in a great spot. Excellent breakfast- lots of variety for all tastes. Only thing that let the room down was the creeky floor of the whole room that gave the impression to the occupants below and led to a complaint from reception that we were stomping about when in fact we had no shoes on at all! This then made us anxious when we moved around the room which was unfortunate and slightly soured our overall experience.

Road trip to Italy

Nice hotel in a lovely town , No parking so need to find a place in local car parks . Nice room though very hot even with air conditioning ( assume only cools to a point) naking it difficult to sleep. Good bathroom but shower drainage was poor meaning tray filled up , as only staying the night mentioned to receptionist when checking out ( so hopefully sorted for bext guests) Fantastic breakfast would definitely suggest booking this as fantastic selection and friendly service.

Great location and spa, but small rooms The hotel is in a great location close to a large parking area and offers a nice spa - with sauna and pool. However, the rooms are quite small, But who is staying in the room in a town like Ribeauvillé - so overall value for money.

Amazons staff!

The staff in the reception were very friendly and so helpfull! They were also very kind and caring towards our dog. They helped us with several thúng and we really loved our stay. The spa was beautiful.

Good hotel

It was a good stay, the hotel is clean and staff at front desk are friendly. Perfect for wandering in the old town, close to restaurants and shops. The only difficulty is that the hotel does not have its own parking so you have to hunt a space down.

This hotel is in a perfect town for visiting Alsace. Staff were friendly and easily helpful. Our room with 2 twin beds was quite small. Having access to a jacuzzi and sauna was a plus.
