“Good location near the bus stop and the supermarket”

“We loved this rental. The perfect place for us to work remote and explore the area. The location is fantastic, and having a parking space is critical (and super rare in this area) if you’re going to have a car. Though getting into the parking space takes real grit. Super steep and narrow. It has been recently renovated and the bed was really comfortable. Plus the view across the marina, and the balcony. Great place for drinking your morning coffee. The air conditioning worked great. The location……

“Amazing place to stay great views and comfortable apartment”

“Alles war wunderbar:-) Kann nichts negatives sagen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt:-)”

“Every thing was fine. Thanks”

“If you want to be an easy walking distance to the market, the seaside, great restaurants, the cable car, etc., you cannot find a better apartment than this one in Zona Velma! It is a simple apartment that was comfortable and clean. Small kitchen for preparing simple meals. Sea view from kitchen window. Nice balcony with a pretty street view. I did not find the street very noisy. I would recommend this apartment for a great Funchal experience! ”

“Il manque un peu de ventilation ou de climatisation. Il faisait chaud la nuit .”

“Alles hat mit Eingangscodes funktioniert, sodass man keinen Schlüssel bei sich tragen musste. Die Kommunikation und der Service war gut. Hatten einen kleinen Defekt, welcher innerhalb weniger Stunden repariert wurde. Die Ausstattung des Appartements reicht vollkommen aus. Die Messer könnten erneuert werden”

“We absolutely loved this apartment. It was super clean, lovely views over the harbour, within a minute of shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend. ”

“A lovely apartment right next to the beach with a bar outside the apartments, nice see view. 5min away you have all the Resturants and 15min away the main shoppings and fruit markets.”

“Everything was good. We are very satisfied.”

“We used this as out base to explore the island by car. It was ideal as it was so close to the centre of Funchal, and easy to get in and out of to visit other places by car. Some reviews mention the homeless people who were occasionally in the doorway, but they could not have been more friendly and apologetic when we asked to get to the door (they even lit the key hole up with their phones for us!) 10/10 recommend”
