Ja tinha ficado outras vezes no hotel . Porém dessa vez por falta de organização interna, não tinham quartos disponíveis. Fiz a reservas 2 semanas antes de ir. Chegamos e liberaram o check inn apenas às 18:30( horário normal era para ser às 14) e ficamos esperando. E no check out não estenderam . Sendo assim o dia foi curto de estadia .

Coloquei uma toalha pra dormir em cima do lençol !

Esse hotel está bem distante de ser 5 estrelas. Seria no máximo 3. O colchão do quarto não possui forro, os lençóis são ralos, os travesseiros velhos e as toalhas de banho ralas. Montaram o sofá cama para minha filha e só forraram com um lençol ralo, nem lençol de cima e nem travesseiro colocaram. O cobertor é um caso a parte: empoeirado, Velho com cheiro ruim. Minha amiga ficou em outro quarto e teve uma crise alérgica por causa do cobertor. Um hotel dito 5 estrelas teria que ao menos ter um edredom e bom! Assim como roupa de cama em conformidade com as suas estrelas. Viajo bastante e a meu ver esse hotel é no máximo 3 estrelas. Achei caríssimo para o que oferece. A única coisa que salva é o café da manhã. O hotel possui sistema de chave do quarto para subir no andar mas todos os hóspedes acabam utilizando o elevador de serviço que é logo atrás que não precisa de chave do quarto.
