“Very disappointing!! Do not stay here! The towels were very dirty. The fridge had a very strong fishy smell, to the point that we could not use it. There were ants and other insects in the bedroom. There were red stains (possibly blood, wine, or sangria??) on one of the pillows. The sofa bed was not made upon our arrival, even though we had booked the apartment for 4 people. “You can smell how clean the room is. The location is excellent, close to train and tube stations. And 30 mins tube can get u from airport to the apartment. with this convenience, we can go back to the apartment in the afternoons under heatwave. The lift is quite new and reliable, unlike some old lifts that might trap people. We would definitely go to Valencia again and hope to stay in the apartment again.”

“This is a well placed apartment in a generally quiet area of old València. We were able to easily walk to most places we wanted to visit. The apartment is spacious with lots of space for planning activities and relaxing. We had a problem with the bed on our first day which was promptly and well addressed by our host. Our only hesitation is that it is an old building and the soundproofing between floors is not perfect. Normally this would not be a problem but our last night the people above us……

“This is a lovely flat, well-equipped and comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. It’s very close to Valencia Nord railway station in an area with lots of East Asian restaurants and takeaways - we ate a different cuisine every night. It’s close to metro stations and a good base for exploring the city. The hosts let us have access to the flat before the usual 4pm start which was very much appreciated, The only small niggle was that we let them know our exact arrival time but still had to wait……

“The property that was listed was great. Unfortunately, prior to our arrival we were notified that the shower was not draining properly and that it needed to be fixed. We did not feel comfortable with someone entering without us being there and so scheduling someone to come onsite would have taken away from out vacation. Not sure why this was not resolved prior to check in. We ended up having a shower that would flood the first two day and had major clean ups to do ourselves. I then took it……

"It’s definitely a great hotel in Valencia. They even managed a birthday surprise for my wife, when we arrived."

"We stayed in this hotel for 6 days. The room was tidy at the first glance. They got welcome drinks. Good view from the windows, as it is very close to the art and science museum. Close to the supermarket. You could fill up water from the corridor to stay hydrate. This hotel is next to the mall, you could dine in from the restaurants there. Here are some of the cons of staying in this hotel: The toilet had some kind of smell from the pipe. For the housekeeping, the cleaners needed to have further training. The room keeper left the soaked pillow case on the room chair on the third day. We didn't know it was soaked with what kind of liquid. And it was quite annoying. On the fifth day, there was a used small towel had been thrown on the chair again. One morning, the housekeeping and maintenance guys kept making some noise from the other rooms at the same floor unstop. I didn't expect my resting time would be disturbed by this incident."

"Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned."
