「We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful.」

「I really liked this house, there was plenty of space and gorgeous views from the top terrace. The neighbours were friendly and there is a great local restaurant/bar about a minute’s walk away and another bar about two minutes walk away. Checking in with Gail, who looks after the house was easy and she is a mine of information having lived in the area! Although parking can be tricky near the house, there is a municipal car park about 5 mins walk away ( I always use the car park when I visit...

「Die Aussicht ist beeindruckend und einfach unbeschreiblich. Es gibt eine Outdoor-Küche und der Pool ist auch toll. Unten am Pool lagen einige leere Petflaschen und im Haus schauten an einigen Orten Kabel aus den Wänden, nicht ganz optimal. Die Küche ist gut eingereichtet wenn auch etwas unübersichtlich eingeräumt. Der Vorratskasten sollte mal wieder entrümpelt werden. Wir hätten uns noch ein paar Infos zu Haus und Umgebung gewünscht (Recycling, Wifi-Code, things-to-do, etc...) alles in allem...

「Lugar perfecto para desconectar sobre todo si vas con perros, en nuestro caso con dos perros que disfrutaron un montón de la naturaleza. Javier es un gran anfitrion, estuvo pendiente de todo e incluso nos mandó a alguien para cortarnos leña. Volveremos sin duda y muy pronto!」

「+ Fantastic Location only 50 metres from the beach with a sea view from the balcony. The property also included off street covered secure parking. The parking would be a very important aspect in high season. - The Kitchen utensils could have been better. Although the apartment sleeps up to 8 people the kettle was tiny and only held 2 cups of water. The Microwave did not work and we ran out of gas for the cooker the first time we used it and the replacement was empty. But the agents rectified...

「The photos of this house accurately showed all its features, there were no surprises. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped (some of the group found the beds too hard, others were happy with their bed). We especially liked the roof terrace and kitchen. Sadly before we arrived we had real problems getting an answer and understanding how we could get into the property at the beginning of our stay- this caused a lot of stress for two friends who were the first to arrive.
