"Little America has always been our hotel when we stay in Salt Lake. Central location to most everything. Beautiful hotel and grounds. You really can't go wrong. Only bad thing is parking used to be free but know they charge $18.00 and hard to come and go of the property because you have to your card to bring up the gates."

"The room was extremely small. But the deal breaker was that the shower water was luke warm. To top it off, construction going on inside the building. The construction workers were very nice and we didn't really interact with the staff."

"Really like UGH - our son goes to UU and this is excellent location to be close to campus. I was disappointed I booked day of and didn’t get a better deal. Definitely over priced at $266/night. Can find much cheaper places in SLC but we were in a bind. Excellent breakfast! "

"This place is fun to go to once in a while as a quick vacay. The rooms are designed in fun themes and and nice ambiance. The downfall is this place needs a good go through. Lots of band aid fixes that should bw taken care of around the building. My room had 5 or 6 2x4s horizontally set up under the bed becuase the slats were broken or bowed all out of place and the joints between the headboards/running and foot boards were loose and wobble/ricketing (😅) Those are easy fixes for the comfort of the customer. Overall the stay was nice. The room was used for its intention, but for not being upkept and pre-maintenenced as is should, I feel the price for the room is a little high. Staff was hit and miss. Some looking professional in a uniform and welcoming others loking like they just woke up and wore dirty shirts with saggy pants and minimal social skills. Crazy to see that 11 yrs ago I refinished the tub/shower in The Juliet Suite at the time, it was so much more organized. Still after those things it is still a fun place to stay at from time to time. Best to wait for deals because the regular price is higher than the quality. That is from someone that has stayed at mutliple rooms in both SLC and Logan locations. Not sure how their Idaho place is, just Utah."

Located in the great, welcoming area of the Avenues, this beautifully-crafted home has everything one needs for a delightful stay, and more: ample space among 3 levels; fully-appointed kitchen & home; very comfy furniture & bedding; a backyard maximized for outdoor relaxation (hot tub, fire pit, spacious dining, media); it's a quick walk to the lovely neighborhood Cucina Wine Bar & café-restaurant; groceries, liquor store, FedEx/Kinkos, other cafés, the University and U. hospital complex, and downtown area are a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this rental, which felt much more like a home than a rental.Plus, easy and efficient communication with the friendly manager."

"it was AMAZING, we stayed for 6 days and let me tell you it was SO SO good. We were close to everything and it felt like a very safe neighborhood, it felt cozy and safe which was my biggest priority. it was soo cute and we spent a whole day just watching tv and laying in bed. all in all a 10/10 experience. It’s so worth it for the money and the host was SO descriptive and so it made it super easy not having to contact the host every 5 min asking questions. It was fabulous me and my bf loved this stay and would definitely stay again :) side bar - it doesn’t bother us too much but if nosey upstairs neighbors bother you, this prob wouldn’t be the place for you. Lots of stomping, screaming?, talking, and what sounded like sumo wrestling, or maybe jumping off a counter for hours straight and the most convenient times like 11-3am in the morning .. wasn’t a huge deal for us but it was annoying the day before we checked out because we had to be up by 4am to drive 28 hours back.. and couldn’t sleep because it sounded like they were fighting a bear. All in all, bring some ear plugs and a fan and you’ll be fine . I plan on coming back here again, it was wonderful. "

"Very well equipped kitchen, but could use a paring knife. Otherwise this kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The shower in main bath needs a new shower curtain rod to prevent falling when door is opened. One of the chairs on front porch really needs to be replaced. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. "
