「We show up at this rental expecting a basic stay, nothing fancy just a room as advertised, but instead were greeted by roaches and bugs crawling all over the bed and throughout the room. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the listing claimed the property had air conditioning, it did not.Communication with the host was unhelpful, and no real solution was offered. 「The location was beautiful, but the condo was cheaply built, and things are already breaking (doors hung poorly, thresholds coming up, screen door hard to open/close). The elevator did not work, and had not for 3 weeks; the promised garage that was in their contract that I signed was not there. 」

「We had a fantastic stay! We loved the pickleball/basketball court, the comfortable beds and gathering spaces. We had 21 people, ranging in age from 4 to 72. Between the island, the kitchen table, and the picnic table on the deck, we had room for everyone at meals. The house was very comfortable and clean.」

「This property is located at the center of the Bear Lake region, making it easy to access UT, WY and ID. It’s right off the main road in Garden City. Overall, the stay is comfortable and quite spacious. It’s also very quiet. There were a couple very minor issues in the location like the elevator was out, the patio door in the living room didn’t seem to latch. 「Loved everything about the place. Except the cameras on each floor of the balcony kinda makes you feel lack of privacy. And having a tv in the master bedroom where your only able to watch dvds on and no dvds provided .minimal things. But other than that we would stay there again.」
