“This is a beautiful family friendly home. The kitchen was very well stocked and made it easy to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner for our large families. Everyone had a bed which is usually a challenge for us. Kids loved the ping pong and foosball tables. The tv gathering area was a hit for all the young adults and children to hang out. The oversized hot tub allowed a big group to all go together. It was nice to have toys and games for the kiddos, however they were greatlylacking in order. Too many……

“The property managers were so great & very prompt in communicating!! The home was wonderful. Plenty of space for our family. A second refrigerator would make the home all the more accommodating given the sleeping space, fridge space was tight even knowing beforehand there was just 1 fridge. The lake access was a highlight! We were a bit surprised by the closeness of neighbors & the home's actual yard size, it was not a problem per se, just wasn't obvious to us based on the listing. We would love……

“This was the perfect place to stay for a large family. The kitchen and dining room area was very spacious as was the entire home. The location was close to all the activities we had planned. It was convenient to have Mike's Market so close. ”

“Gorgeous view of Bear Lake! We had a wonderful family vacation here. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only negative things are that you have to verify your identity with Vacasa, a rental agency, after you've booked with VRBO, or they will not grant you entrance to the property. The hideaway bed in the living room is basically unsleepable because it's flimsy. We just used a cot we had. It's an older home, but it met our needs. I would definitely stay here again.”

Having gathering areas upstairs, downstairs and outside allowed us to have different kinds of activities in different areas.
