“4 of us rented Bayview Cottage for our annual weekend. It was a cold and rainy drive from Minneapolis and we were delighted to walk in and find the fireplace on--we immediately felt at home. This is a gem of a house with visual delights in every room. Mia and Steve have anticipated every want and need and provided it! We are already planning our return.”

“What a beautiful apartment that was close to everything we wanted to do. Susan was very helpful and responsive when I had trouble with the door lock and even offered an extra cot when she saw we had our 2 children with us. It was a great stay and perfectly furnished with everything we needed!”

“We loved staying at this new and very modern house. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our vacation in Duluth. Unfortunately, the local ski resort closed early, but the house had great views of Lake Superior and the Spirit Mountain ski area. We had enough room to entertain our local family and relax during the trip. We loved the sauna! It is a great addition in cold wintery Duluth weather. We look forward to future trips at this house or in this neighborhood!”

“I stayed this weekend with my boyfriend and friends and our 2 dogs and it was the best experience!! We loved the kitchen and the short walk to the beach in the back yard. It was cozy and so accommodating, everything we needed was there for us. We were able to easily cook meals and played some of the board games that were there for us too. Being able to walk to the lift bridge and Canal park was amazing too. We all had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!”

“What a great stay! Well appointed gym, including dumbbells and many cardio machines; outdoor areas and bikes; s’mores fire pits for the evenings on the lake shore. Easy to access from I-35. Comfortable rooms; fun bar/restaurant. Excellent scenery. A shuttle is available to take you places.”

“Very nice hotel and great location to Canal Park. Breakfast had many options. Only complaint was the noisy people in the room above us - sounded like a herd of elephants walking back & forth until 1:30am.”

“came in for a one night stay, location was convenient and close by to the places we wanted to go to and food was available at multiple places nearby. the room was clean and comfortable. the in room AC/heat unit was actually easy to use compared to some others we’ve come across ( my husband would like to note that you can have it on continuous mode and that it was loud enough to be used in place of his box fan that he forgot at home). the front desk had a texting feature that they asked if we……
