“This was my first time booking a VRBO for my boss and his wife and I found the process to be frustrating. I had to deal with a management company instead of the owner of the condo. I have multiple emails and messages asking for information that I had provided. Once there, the kitchen faucet was broken, no pizza cutter and salt and pepper shakers that only gave you salt. I wish I could have dealt directly with the owner; I think the overall experience would be so much better. ”

“This little apartment in N. Dallas was a certainly a clean and comfortable space, and the pool was a fun feature. However, the unit was difficult to access. We spend a good 15-20 minutes trying to find the building itself, as well as the individual apartment. No elevators made it a little difficult getting up 2 flights of stairs with a weeks worth of luggage. Also, if you're sensitive to the smell of marijuana, you may want to find a different location, as the neighbors clearly use it.”

“We requested early check in and it was approved, but then instructions for check in were never sent 3 hours prior like promised. The apartment was not as clean as we had hoped. The toilet never stopped running, laundry was left in the dryer, the master bathroom shower needs attention, the towels were very old and thin (could barely get dried with them) and the rod holding the curtains up fell on us as we closed them (they were not properly hung up). The layout of the apartment was a great space.……
