Richland Hotel with Pool

"I didn’t get to check out breakfast or the pool, but my room was nice, the place was clean, staff friendly, and bed comfy. Will definitely stay again next time I visit family in the area!"

"Pool was closed and broken. Shower curtain was gross and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Room was decent beds are a little on the harder side. "

"Breakfast is good. There is something for everyone. Staff is very polite, parking is good. The only drawback was that the pool is closed for Renovations. And it is next to I-44, which is easy to find, and convenient. "

"gym sock smell throughout hotel, water stains on ceiling in hallways, mold in bathroom, water mislabeled in shower, roach sqished on wall, and NO BREAKFAST eventhough advertised"

"The room was not clean. No microwave in the room as described. The pool was not open per advertisement, nor was the outlet mall that was within walking distance. Only six stores,maybe, opened in the whole mall. The wallpaper in several spots was hanging off the wall. There was a big hole in the wall behind the door where the door knob had went through. The tub and shower were dirty. The toilet was stained and dirty looking. The caulk around the Jacuzzi tub was gaping and the Jacuzzi tub shot black stuff out of the Jets when I turned it on eventually did clear out. It also leaked at the Spicket, causing water to run down onto the carpet. There was food against the wall that had not been vacuumed. We had to ask for towels as soon as we went in as there was only one big towel, a washcloth and one hand towel and two of us. No extra toilet paper no tissues. Had to ask for those. The breakfast wasn’t bad. It consisted of cereal, pancakes, bananas, yogurt, milk, mango juice and coffee. Parking was good n well lit. "

"An amazing view and very nice rooms, especially nice that they are dog friendly and have two restaurants on the property. We are driving to Florida so it was a wonderful rest area along the way. "
