「There are mice and roaches at this location. If you don’t care about that, then you can stay here but it’s unclean. There’s no kitchen. The microwave was dirty. They say it’s a no smoking property, but there’s nothing about people smoking in and around the property!」

「There were no blankets, two used pillows on a messy bed. No blankets or pillows for the couch that didn’t pull out. And no plates cups or utensils. There was old food in the fridge and no towels or toilet paper. I had to purchase everything out of my own pocket. There was also no Wi-Fi and they told us to look for the password on a box that had no power cord.」

「I am STILL waiting on a resolution to my failed stay at this property. We drove 12 hours to arrive at the property for the door code not to work. We couldn't access the space and waited 40 minutes before i finally reached out to a new hotel and booked a hotel. I didnt stay here and disappointed , i am requesting a refund. 」

「I had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend it to others. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the host was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the subway and 15 minutes walk to Central Park.Overall, a very positive experience—I would happily stay here again!」
