You will be amazed staying in our unique 1940 Cape Cod nestled in one of the finest historical neighborhoods in the area, known as Reeveston. You'll enjoy the 218 surrounding homes all registered on the National Historical Places list with varying architectural styles (a perfect spot for a scenic walk). From the moment you step foot inside our cozy home, you'll sense the peaceful and serene feeling of the nostalgic atmosphere with up to date amenities. Just minutes from shopping and dining. This beautiful space offers a step back in time while also providing many modern amenities. Situated in a mature neighborhood with stately trees and beautiful walking grounds. You are also less than 5 minutes from Richmond's popular Eastside of town with many shopping and dining opportunities. Only 3.8 miles to Reid Health, 2.8 miles to Earlham College, 3.7 miles to IU-East & Ivy Tech, and 1.8 miles to Glenn Miller Park. Only about a half hour away from Miami University in Oxford. Connersville, Liberty, Hagerstown, and Fountain City are also in close driving range (under 30 min). Guests have access to the entire property except for the garage. A washer/dryer is in the basement of the property and also a fire pit in the backyard of the property. A key code will be provided for guest access to the front door. The neighborhood is mature with a variety of people from different backgrounds. It is a peaceful and overall quiet area. There won't be much activity after 9pm within the neighborhood. The Reeveston neighborhood is between South 16th St and South 23rd St from West to East and South B St and S E St from North to South. An automobile is the best way to travel around town though you could get to some places via bike or scooter.
