Located to the north of Richmond city, the 3200 sf brick house has a lot size of 0.5 acre of land and offers privacy. Monthly discount can be given in the form of refund if your actual count of occupants is less than 10. House has a UV germicide light installed so the germs and mold are killed through the HVAC air handler, which makes your stay with sanitized air. The neighborhood is in a quiet and mature sub-division. It is 2.5 miles to Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, 15 miles to Richmond International Airport, 4 miles to Richmond International Raceway, 7 miles to Greater Richmond Convention Center and Coliseum downtown area. . Walmart, Lowe's, Restaurant Depot, cinema are within 4 miles of reach. New kitchen and new appliances throughout the house. High speed Verizon Fios Internet, wifi.

Older Home - Rundown
The house is older and needs way more updates than the owner can keep up with. If you don't mind the bathroom mold in the showers with an attempt to cover it up, go for it. The dead bat, hair in the shower and bugs on a bed sent some of our renters to a hotel on the first night. That should tell you enough.

Not was I expecting.
This house is located in a very nice area. However, a lot of fixtures were broken. The back door was partially held by duct tape. She had written notes all over the house to let you know that if you did a certain thing it would somehow create an issue. For example, in the upstairs master bedroom - inside the restroom it read, “please keep curtain inside shower because if water leaks to the downstairs washer & dryer area it will be very dangerous.” Maybe she should do some maintenance to the house. Not to mention, she had roach/bug traps around the house and underneath the refrigerator. I will not rent from this owner again.

Perfect location for NASCAR fans
We came into town for the NASCAR race and couldn’t be anymore pleased. This VRBO was in a perfect location minutes from the track and other local attractions. The owner was very accommodating and rules were made very clear and easy to follow. Would recommend to anyone!

Our large group was in town for a festival, and this house worked out perfectly for us. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact throughout our stay. As the listing mentions, it's an older building, but the owner was very communicative about any quirks and our stay was quite comfortable.

We had 10 people in this house and it was more than big enough it has 2 living room type spaces which was nice.The rules where nicely typed up in the binder plus extra reminders around the house in case you forgot them.House was clean and neat.

Great House. Awesome LandLord
We had a blast staying in this house. Big house with a lot of space. Great place for crowd of 10 ppl. Great place to build memories. I like the fact that it was very easy to work with the LandLord of the property. She made sure we were okay. I would highly recommend this place to my close friends and family.

Excellent experience in Richmond!
Charmaine's house is wonderful! We were pleasantly surprised by the shaded (and fenced in!) backyard that was the perfect size for the kids to run around and stay within sight, and for cornhole, frisbee and bocce when they went to bed. Everything was exactly as pictured. Charmaine was in contact when we checked-in to ensure all was well (it was :o). We will definitely be staying here on our next family trip to Richmond!!
