Make sure you ask, ask, ask and ask questions. The house was hot and when we told them they came and put the air on 66 and locked it. My wife froze and was sick the next morning. We were told the house had been cleaned, yet dirty towels were hanging on the back of the bathroom door. There was not enough towels and wash rags for the stay and when we mentioned it, they brought stained towels with holes in them. The upstairs toilet didn't flush, dead bugs in the windows and the house needed some repair inside.
