Our stay has been a delight. Just a couple of blocks from some of our fav eateries (looking at you Hill Cafe). This free-standing home is the perfect size for a family to relax and enjoy down time. Lots of accessible parking in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Even though the home is apprx. 150 yrs old, it feels very solid and exudes the patina of history. The mid-century-que furnishings are a nice counter point to the historic surroundings. We fixed several meals in the kitchen, which is well appointed and has a wonderful work horse of a gas stove. The baths are thoughtfully appointed; the turkish towels are delightfully thick. Both bedrooms have TVs and very, very comfy beds. It is a truly relaxing space and can't believe how quickly time passed--it felt like home. We were sad to say good-bye, but plan on coming back as soon as we can.
