“I tried contacting you to discuss this relocation due to a let down on a prior booking in the Galle Fort area but your system doesn’t allow it. I appreciated the efforts of the advisors to help me secure another but it was a poor choice. No wifi TV that only allows playback via devices Made for very lonely evenings. Bathroom and kitchen areas could with daily cleaning - sink was not very pleasant.lLikewise bedding/towel could have fresh each day. Electrics in the bathroom not sure how safe.……

“I had a great stay at Royal Beach Hikkaduwa. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly. View from the hotel was just amazing. Just in front of the main surf point and you can watch surfers every evening while enjoying a cold beer. Food at their Lumina beach restaurant and bar was excellent. I had cocktails also. They had live music sessions and they also have 50% cocktails happy hour every day from 05:30 -06:30pm. Nothing beats watching surfers with a cocktail in hand. I’d definitely……
