The space
1500 square foot two story miners cabin. Full remodeled in 2022. Fresh and clean, bright interior. Large windows bring in Mountian views. South facing deck with chairs.

Excellent location on Mantz directly across from the historic courthouse, and right off Main Street.

We have Starlink Satellite internet and a large HDTV with Netflix, HBO Max, Disney + and other steaming services.

Super Nintendo for some throwback gaming.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire 1500 sq foot miners cabin and front south facing deck. Convenient off street parking directly in front of the cabin.

The miners cabin is a stand alone structure. There is an enclosed breezeway at the rear of the property connecting the miners cabin to the main home. This enclosed area connecting the two houses is locked off on both ends giving both houses lots of privacy.
Other things to note
Rico is a high Mountian town. We are located 8827 feet above sea level. In the winter snow storms can move in quickly.

4 wheel/ All Wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended when visiting during the winter months.
