Nice staff, not overly personable but pleasant. The hotel itself is lovely and in a great location, Nextdoor to the gondolas, but sadly they were closed down right now.

The manager Joe is on top of customer service. He has a great welcoming approach and is very responsive and quick to assist. The room was clean. Plumbing needs some work.

Amazing property. Friendly staff and a very short walk to the gondola. The room was amazing. Super clean, huge bath and bedroom along with a spacious kitchen/dining/living room area. Will be back soon!

The room was clean, bed was comfy, and kitchen was well furnished. The owner even called to check in on us/make sure we were on our way! Definitely would love to stay here again next time I'm in the area!
