"The room was great, but the bathroom door creaked excessively. Everything else in the room, including the jet tub was great as well. Breakfast a little cramped with 20 guests trying to fit into the limited seating available, especially when a group of 10 spread out across the tables making it difficult for others to get to available seats."

"We stayed 2 nights, and enjoyed the updated room. Check in went straight forward, no issues. We couldn't get the tv to work, but staff came very quickly to fix it and got it working. Liked having a bar fridge and the Nespresso coffee maker in our room. I asked for some extra dark roast pods and they came within minutes to give me more. For my partner, the AC was somewhat loud, but I had no issues with it. It cooled the room very well. The outside pool was great and nice to have during the hot summer day. No problem getting a parking spot, lots to choose from. View from the hotel is great. Also an area with picnic tables to use. Only somewhat downside, would be the breakfast area. Its in the front lobby, a type of grab and go breakfast. They do have a pancake maker, but only 2 people can fit in the breakfast area. They did have several choices of items, 3 kinds of fruit, instant oatmeal packages, granola bars, assorted muffins, pancakes and of course coffee. A larger area for breakfast would be much more convienent. Overall, I would stay here again."

"Nice retreat. Went for ball tournament. FYI the elevation difference between here and Kamloops can mean it’s baseball weather in town and snowing at the cabin. Which we experienced. But the pool was fun. Fam had a good time."
