Beautiful, Roomy, and Quiet

Great getaway near Branson! We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet beauty and tranquil lake views from the deck. The weather was perfect for outside meals -- the squirrels and birds kept us entertained! It's just a short drive to Branson or to many of the other attractions. Highly recommend!

Great getaway!

This house suited our group of 7 perfectly. We also had local family members come over for an early holiday meal and had plenty of space and seating for all 14 of us. It was a great stay!

Long weekend over Mother’s Day

Had a great stay. House was quiet near lake and very spacious. Would go back. Enjoyed the hot tub after busy day trips to Big Cedar, Dogwood Canyon and silver dollar city.

Family get together

We met family here because everyone is so spread out. The place was fantastic! Plenty of room and really nice and quiet. Michelle answered all of our questions right away and made everything super easy! Will definitely go back in the future!

Spacious Home

The home was perfect for our extended family. Loved having all of the separate areas that we could all spend time either separate or together. Kids loved the pool table. Adults loved the separate room off of the kitchen for doing puzzles and the large great room with the Christmas tree to watch Christmas movies. Enjoyed being 10 minutes from Top of the Rock House was very clean and the linens were all top notch.

Family Time

We travels to Branson for a five day stay away from the city to celebrate my birthday with my kids, grandkids and my parents. 4 generations. The house is very spacious. We put three puzzles together played many games and even made time for marshmallows on the firepit and a dip in the hot tub. We needed a couple things like new battery for smoke detector and the host very quickly responded by text and then on site. We will book this location again.

Lots of room, but very dirty.

The house had plenty of room for our family of 7- multiple levels and spacious rooms. Property in a quiet, pretty neighborhood. We liked that it was away from the busy main part of Branson, but you better have the essentials at the outset because it’s a fair drive to get to a grocery store. The home was well stocked with bath towels, tp, and travel sized toiletries for men and women. Outdoor deck space was really comfortable. Negatives: the floors were very very dirty- we took our shoes off at the door and within an hour or 2 the bottoms of our feet were literally black, like we’d been walking shoeless on blacktop.The main eating table ( grandiose picnic table) was either dirty ,or the finish had softened, to where you stuck to it after sitting. Many things were broken- living room lamps, ceiling fixtures in kitchen are, microwave door handle, and the hot tub.There was also random pieces of trash in garage and yard. The garbage cans hadn’t been emptied before our arrival- they were pretty full and very nasty smelling. There was cut wood, which you pay for and no fire ring to use it in. Communication with property person( Michelle), yielded no results other than than the comment of “ ok” when my husband texted her. We did ask to be reimbursed for the wood and hot tub fees but that went into thin air- no response. For what we paid /night you’d think you’d get better service and a cleaner property than that. We can not recommend the property.

Room to roam

Not only one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed at, but clearly the most spacious, and exactly as pictured. Private with interesting little hike to the lakefront for beautiful views. Easy drive to Branson and conveniently located for trips into Arkansas like Eureka Springs. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Quiet honeymoon

My husband & I rented this house for our honeymoon and it was perfect!! Lol it could have fit lots more people comfortably but was wonderful for just us two also! Was right on the lake & close to everything! We had all the information before check in & had a fabulous time!! Thank you for being such wonderful host

Best Vacation Ever!

Our five year old granddaughter said "It was the Best Vacation Ever!" We had a great time. It rained all day Friday but we didn't care. Played lots of games and sat in the hot tub. Great location. Private, but lots to do near by.

Great location and great value

Everything was wonderful and was pretty much like the listing portrayed. There were very minor maintenance items I brought up to the owner upon checkout and she was very receptive and appreciative.

Great Escape

Very clean and well maintained, this home is perfect for any family looking to spend some time on the lake. The location simply cannot be beat. Secluded at the end of a cul-de-sac makes you feel as if you had the lake to yourself, yet you are minutes from all major attractions. Big Cedar Lodge is just up the street and Long Creek Marina is a stones throw away. My only issue was that the time passed way too fast, other than that this is an amazing home for any Branson, Table Rock, Taneycomo getaway. Thanks!

Great property with some caveats

The house is beautiful. The location is breath taking. Lots of towels and everything you need for the kitchen. However there are some negatives. The freezer in the kitchen fridge is out. The stove top either scorches or doesn't cook. We set it on one setting but the temperature constantly changed. The top oven took twice as long to cook as the recipe called for. There was no bedding for the pullouts. Only one person at a time can shower (much less run the dishwasher or clothes washer) because of water pressure. Very difficult for a large group. Worst part was the bottom step on the deck coming around from the deck is hard to see and has no railing. A few hours after our arrival my 89 year old mother fell over 3 feet into the rocks and broke her neck. We told the property manager. They never inquired how she was doing after learning of the incident. They did tell us no one has ever fallen from there before but they would be adding a railing.

Cabin with view.

Great Cabin with greats views. The property managers were very responsive and communication was great. Highly recommended. We were in town for my brothers wedding and they helped find a pace for the reception dinner.

Hunt Siblings & Cousins

We booked Newton Lake lodge for our annual sibling trip (9 adults 58 yrs old to 70 years old) absolutely loved this cabin on the lake. We had plenty of room! Every room is decorated beautifully but is very comfortable. All beds & were comfortable, linen and towels high quality and plentiful. With 5 bedroom everyone of them were roomie and comfortable. Michelle and staff were friendly and helpful we called looking for the water hose to add water to the hot tub and it was brought to us within the hour same with propane tank. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. Yard and property were great with plenty of parking even a path to the lake side was awesome. Highly recommend we will definitly book again
