“Check in was easy. Home was comfortable. It was perfectly located to what we needed, which was the south waterfront area near Oregon ballet theatre. Enjoyed walks through the neighborhood in the evenings. Only downside is parking. It's explained in check in, but driveway is narrow, steep and rounded. I'm personally not great at backing in, so this space intimidated me. There is one street spot in front of home, but one time we arrived back at home and that spot was occupied. ”

The house was beautiful and plenty of things were already provided at the house which made it VERY easy for my out of state family/friends flying in. “The lobby and hallways look great but the room I got was pretty run down. The mattress sagged so badly that I couldn't sleep on the side closest to the night table. The bathroom was worse- there was black mold on the ceiling and the tub glaze, caulk and grout were discolored and in poor condition. When I got home I found that my card had been charged an additional $200 for a $29 daily "amenity fee" which was not disclosed when I booked the room. I travel to Portland regularly and this was a……

The neighborhood is great for access everywhere by car, the only thing that could have made it even better would have been a few more walkable places in the neighborhood, but can hardly blame Vicki for that! It's a very well stocked and thoughtfully cared for place. Very clean, check in and parking were incredibly easy. A great stay!”
