“This property was perfect for me. In walking distance to Broadway and all the food places and arena. The room was spotless and had great views. ”

“I think this place is the perfect location within walking distance to most places. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. However the cleanliness of the units could be improved a lot. Bathroom/ shower had dirt and dust on the floor and previous occupants hair on the shower walls. ”

“Great little spot to use as home base. It was clean, secure, nice pool area. It was a great stay. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars: the shower water is cold, tepid at best”

“It was very new, clean, modern. I definitely recommend this place. it was a 5 minute scooter ride or 7 minute uber ride to Broadway. Only issue I would say it we didn't get the entrance code. We had to wait until someone came to open. That is my only advice to Management renting these units. Besides that, best place to be if you want you own space away from the Nashville Hotel madness. We really enjoyed our stay. There's a liquor store nearby, scooters to rent, close to airport. (10 mins) Great……

“The place was nice and easy to get to. It was within walking distance to many places to eat and coffee and the convention center. The only downside was the construction happening at the property next door-it was loud and the noise was heard all day long until the evening time.”

“Clean building, the room was great, well equipped and anythinf extra needed was provided in the hallway cabinet. Would book again.”

“Very satisfied with Studio 154. Very well located to Nashville activities. Almost everything was walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying.”

“Loved the place. Location was great and the unit was extremely quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Definitely needed more towels and the shower handle was a little tricky.”

“Overall our stay was great. Close enough to walk back and forth to downtown and several watering holes in the neighborhood.The only reason the cleanliness was lower than a five is because all your silk plants are very dusty, like its been a while since they were cleaned and baseboards had dust bunnies on them. No dish towel for wiping counters or tables and the vegetable crisper froze some stuff. Salt and pepper would have been nice to have and maybe an assortment of board games too. Otherwise……
