"The room was very clean, the heat and air conditioning was good. My issue was the bathroom door, the door have to always remain closed unless it’s is pro-up with something. Everything else was good. I would used this property again."

"The hotel is quiet and peaceful "

"Room was not available at time of checkin. Elevator was not working. Our room was on the third floor so we had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs. Building was erected in 1926 so stairs are fairly narrow and steep. Also website said parking was free. That's because you have to find a place to parking on the street."

"It was a great staycation "

"Shopping areas are plentiful! Heat and air conditioning good. Property says no smoking & your clothes is stink of smoke. Bathroom had a stink smell no matter how much I clean and spray deodorizer. Fights, loud music and loud conversations, it’s so ghetto. Woke up to a midnight fight things throwing everywhere and glass smashing, terrifying myself and my children. No microwave in room. Shared microwave downstairs. When addressing these things with the staff at front desk, I was told they only work there speak to manager by giving me a card. I was stuck in the elevator with my daughter until fire engine came. I never have a good experience with red roof ever and I’ve been with them a few times. It’s always convenience why I use them but never again. "

"Very high traffic area. Absolutely no parking had to park temporarily at a McDonald's parking lot across the street. Actually checked out after only 2 hours staying there . When I addressed the parking situation I was told "you're in New York there isn't parking anywhere. Horrible answer for a hotel!"
