Located in Rieux, just 6 km from Redon, this countryside apartment features a private outdoor terrace and accommodates up to 6 guests.



The apartment offers an independent kitchen, a central living area with a sofa bed that converts into two single beds, a dining area, and two bedrooms each with a double bed (140x190). There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom has a desk, and a second desk is in the main living area. A baby cot is available in one of the bedrooms.



Close to Redon, this apartment is ideal for students on work placements, professionals, or business travelers. Bed linen and towels are provided, but toiletries are not included.



The location is perfect: 6 km from Redon and Allaire, 21 km from La Gacilly, 22 km from Rochefort-en-Terre, 27 km from Branféré, 35 km from the sea, 20 km from La Roche-Bernard, 40 km from Lohéac, and 55 km from Vannes.



Guests have exclusive use of the entire upper floor of the house with a private entrance. Parking is available in front of the planters at the upper entrance.
