You're essentially paying for the location, as it's close to the museum quarter, which is admittedly convenient. Here are the key issues: No real reception – There's no front desk. Instead, a staff member at the café next door acts as "reception" from 9 AM to 6 PM. Poor accessibility – There’s no proper entrance; you have to climb stairs, and taxis can’t stop right outside the property. Extremely small rooms – The room is tiny, even by Japanese standards. You can't fully open a suitcase on the floor. No real windows – The only windows face the staircase and a very slow elevator. You can hear everyone passing by clearly. Inconvenient power setup – Turning off the room lights also cuts power to the outlets, so you can't charge your phone unless you leave the lights on (except in the bathroom). Basic bedding – Standard hostel-quality linens and pillows (cushions actually). On the plus side, the room was clean and odor-free — but that should be the bare minimum for any hotel. Overall, if you’re expecting hotel quality, you’ll likely be disappointed. You're paying for the location, not the experience."

"I emailed the hotel as my check in time 7am, that's why I booked extra day, the hotel confirmed by email. But when i checked in they cannot find my record, also i requested room close to elevator as i had many luggage, they put me at the last room at the end of corridor."
