A stunning beachfront apartment on the first floor of the complex. Enjoy spectacular sunset views from the comfort of your balcony. This is a peaceful apartment complex. Private beach access is a few steps down. This is a relaxing spot where you can enjoy coastal living. The spot is close to downtown Rincon, to surf spots, restaurants, and much more. We bring the beach to your feet.
The space
The property is a beachfront apartment in a gated community called Sol y Playa, in Playa Los Almendros, Rincón, Puerto Rico. It is a completely furnished and equipped apartment.

This beautiful space has a private furnished balcony to enjoy the stunning sunsets Rincón has to offer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a three-bed bunk bed. Two twin beds and one full bed.

The second bathroom is located next to the second room.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning units.

The living room area has a smart TV with high-speed WIFI.

The dining and kitchen areas have an air conditioning unit and one ceiling fan.

This unit also provides a private laundry room.

The unit is completely equipped.

Table games, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided to our guests.

Guest access
It is highly recommended to rent a car. Rincon is located on the lower northwest corner of Puerto Rico in the area known as the Porta del Sol, approximately 2.5 – 3 hours driving time from the capital city of San Juan (SJU) and a 45 minute driving time from Aguadilla Airport (BQN).

Allied, Budget, and Avis car rental companies all offer locations at the San Juan Airport and the Aguadilla (BQN) Puerto Rico Airport. Budget car rental also offers a location in Añasco/Mayaguez which is only about 20 minutes from Rincon. This makes returns, pick-ups, car exchanges, or handling any necessary issues quick and easy.

Rincon is easily accessed off of a major highway which makes visiting a breeze, yet set back enough to retain its signature secluded, small-town vibe.

The apartment has two back-to-back gated parking.
