Great Location. Simple home for simple minded people

Location is fantastic. Close to town & beaches. The house is spacious and comfortable. However aesthetically the home needs some work. I recommended new beds (bed in master was very uncomfortable). Also, I recommended to the host to advise of the neighbors dogs. I know it's Puerto Rico however they do bark quite a bit, even during the middle of the night. The home served it's purpose. Balcony with an incredible view and spacious where I can work and also relax.
