    Escape to paradise in this spacious three-level townhome just steps from Sandy Beach, one of Rincón’s most popular beach and surf destinations. With over 2,300 sq. ft. of living space, a private rooftop terrace, parking for 3 vehicles, and accommodations for up to 8 guests, this home is perfect for families and groups looking to enjoy the best of Puerto Rico’s west coast.

    Main Level:

    The main floor features a spacious living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a half bathroom, and a convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer. The entire townhome is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.

    Lower Level – Bedrooms:

    All three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the lower level.

    * Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed with private ensuite bathroom.
    * Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed.
    * Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed.
    * Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom.

    Private Rooftop Terrace:

    Head upstairs to your private rooftop terrace, the perfect place to enjoy the tropical breeze after a day at the beach. The rooftop features outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and an additional half bathroom, making it a great space to relax, dine, and spend quality time together.

    Please note that this is a three-level townhome with stairs connecting the different floors.

    Guest access

    Guests have access to the entire townhome, including the private rooftop terrace, as well as the community’s shared swimming pool and outdoor showers.

    Three parking spaces are available for your convenience. WiFi is provided throughout the property.

    Our team is just a phone call or message away if you need assistance during your stay.

    Located in the vibrant Puntas neighborhood of Rincón, this townhome is just a short walk from Sandy Beach, one of the area’s most popular destinations for surfing, beach activities, restaurants, and nightlife.

    A rental car is highly recommended to explore Rincón’s beautiful beaches, local restaurants, and nearby attractions.

    Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned home, not a hotel. We kindly ask that you treat the property with care and respect.

    While our team is available to assist with any concerns during your stay, there is no 24/7 on-site staff. Additional toiletries and personal supplies are not provided, so we recommend bringing anything extra you may need.

    Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone in the community, please avoid loud music, excessive noise, or loud conversations in outdoor areas after 10:00 PM.

Great Stay

Definetly will recommend this stay for anyone looking to relax and have family time. We celebrated our daughter and my mother in laws birthdays. Hung out at the beach and just had an amazing time in a beautiful location.

Quaint Beach Town getaway

The property fit our needs perfectly. The overall accommodations were great. Area beach is walking distance from the property but a rental car is recommended to venture further out from the immediate neighborhood.

Relaxing Stay

My family loved everything about staying here! The house was clean and comfortable. The third floor outdoor space was great for grilling and relaxing all together. We also loved how easy it was to access the beach. There are a couple of restaurants and bars nearby that were easy to walk to. We would definitely stay here again.

So close to the beach!

Four of us stayed for almost a week and we all really enjoyed ourselves. The top patio is an excellent place to grill and hangout. The beach is just a short walk away. We’d go back!

Perfect location and so much space in the house ! We loved we could walk to the beach or drive , close to downtown area of Rincon too by car .Few spots in walking distance just down the street to eat too , Jack Taco shack is great !!! The balcony on the top floor was so nice at night !! We will be back !!!

This property was just okay and was not up to the standard we had hoped for based on the listing and reviews. This condo needs upkeep and updates. There are 5 locks on the front door, but no working lock on the back sliding back door, meaning there is no way to lock the condo. I am not the first reviewer to leave this feedback. Fix this for your guests! There is peeling paint, broken tiles, and the general state of the condo is kind of tired. All three bedrooms are in the basement level, and it smells like mildew. I had a hard time sleeping in that space, and it made it an uncomfortable place to stay for the week. There were beach chairs and a few coolers available, which was nice. The grill and the roof top area was nice. I generally do not leave negative reviews, but based on what we paid for the week, this was not a good value for the money.

Spacious!

We enjoyed our stay in this 3-story home. The bedrooms were close to one another on the bottom floor. The second floor is extremely spacious, and every night we played games on the rooftop patio while listening to all the lively sounds of nature. We had trouble with the internet and the owner responded swiftly to tell us it was out on the island. It was back-up in less than 30 minutes. It's easy to walk to the beach, but we found visiting other beaches were better for swimming as the rocks are a little tricky to navigate to get into the water. That said, it's a beautiful beach to hang out on. One day we walked an hour along the beach. We ate at Casa Islena Hotel & Restaurant. It was outstanding! The best meal of the trip and steps from our residence.

A wonderful place for a family stay

Our stay at the Landing View was great. More than enough space for our family of four. Each of our boys got their own room. The common spaces in the apartment were great (especially the rooftop deck) and we had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. There are 2 markets less than 15 minutes away. You'll want to hit those first to get everything you need for your stay.The beach is a short 5 minute walk, but it's not really great for swimming... a little bit too rocky. However, you can walk down about 1/2 mile to the west where the beaches are much more sandy, and rent a surf or body board. Watch out for the rip tides (read all the signage for advice!)We were only 15 minutes from the center of Rincon, where there are lots of restaurants and cute shops.This is a must place to go. Also only a few minutes from the apartment are Steps Beach (hard to park) and Black Eagle Beach (very easy to park and good restaurants there too).Get our of San Juan and explore more of the island!

Great place to stay

We had an overall great experience. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit creaky, but otherwise we loved the space and it was perfect for our trip. Loved that it was a 3-minute walk from the beach and about a 5-minute walk to Sandy Beach East.
