"The perfect home, the house was spacious and perfectly put together. Every little detail was thought through. We enjoyed our stay."

"Hotel room was disgusting. We were going to stay for two nights but left after the first night. When we arrived, the room was extremely dusty, and there was hair on the comforter as if it was not washed. There was two holes in the ceiling that were cut for maintenance, but not repaired and a chair in the middle of the room that was so disgusting. I would not let my kids sit on it. My daughter found small blood stains on the sheets when she woke up in the morning. I asked if it was from her she said no it must’ve been from who stayed before. We put that we went to the room cleaned on the door and was gone to the park all day. We came back. The room was the same, but they had made the beds. We pulled back the comforter to check and see if they had replaced the sheets and it was the same sheets so we pack her stuff up and left. Will not go back."

"Had an issue on arrival that was corrected immediately. Totally loved the property and would stay there again. Location was great. Could see distant neighbors thru the forest but location was peaceful and quiet. "

"The cabin was nice and centrally located to the parks, hiking, fishing and restaurants. It was challenging using the lockbox and internet was spotty. The host did a great job communicating and getting in touch with park host to help! This was on my bucket list and so glad we got to experience Broken Bow Oklahoma. "

"We had a fantastic stay. Our host provided everything we needed for our stay. She also included a list of local restaurants. It was nice knowing exactly where to go explore. It made it faster so we were able to spend more time relaxing. We are looking forward to going back. "

"The cabin was not quite as pictured and seemed significantly smaller. We have stayed in MANY cabins in Broken Bow and this one was disappointing. The fans in all rooms were covered in inches of dust and was gross. There were barely any supplies in the kitchen and ants in the salt shaker. The place was somewhat clean otherwise. Comforters had stains on them. The hot tub towels were VERY thin and only a couple. There was a mouse when we entered inside the cabin and we found a few roaches as well, some dead. The cabin itself was decent, but clearly not kept overall. Also, there was no option to have firewood, which was a first as well. I wouldn't recommend this cabin or chose this cabin again for a multitude of reasons."

"Spring break father-sons trip with my 3 boys. Not our first cabin rental, but this certainly stands out with the best views we've ever had in the area, by far.Cabin was very clean, cozy, with all the little amenities you need. Heaters worked amazing for the rare night down near 25⁰. Communication with Debbie was remarkable - responses in minutes to any question we had. Hike was fantastic. Everything listed in the description is 100% accurate, so do read them. My one nitpick, some hooks to hang jackets or towels in the bedroom and a towel rod in the bathroom would've come in handy.. but certainly nothing preventing us from another visit.Amazing little place with big views. "
