“This adobe home is truly a jewel!! It was perfect in every way and the views from the sitting area behind the house were wonderful for early mornings or watching majestic sunsets. The hostess had everything opened up and turned on with pleasant music playing when we arrived. We appreciated her thoroughness and look forward to a return visit some day.”

“This was our second visit to the casita. We already knew it was wonderful but we gasped when we arrived and saw that the kitchen had been beautifully redone! New countertop, island, and very nice appliances! It was quite a pleasant surprise! Plus a new room was added allowing for even more space! Patti had contacted us and told us to expect some changes but it was still something to see in person. We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the courtyards and outside sitting areas and the bed in the master……

“The home was beautiful and sparkling clean, I loved the location outside of Taos and the bed was the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on! This is high praise. I have severe insomnia and it was the best I ever slept away from home. It was quiet and I felt secure there. The only negatives were 1.) the bathroom setup with no normal door: we weren't a fan of the giant swinging door that doesn't lock and bangs loudly when you slide it. 2.) not enough places to plug things in. The USB lamps……

“At this price point, you need to be able to use the water for a shower or to brush your teeth. The oder made putting the water on you or in your mouth impossible. Had to use bottles of water. The owners use of air fresheners (pine Forrest) especially upstairs was over done the scent was on steroids. ”

“Water pressure was not great. Shower drain was a bit clogged with hairballs”

“This is a great, peaceful place to stay. Great views make for the perfect coffee drinking spot on the deck in the morning. Nice high end amenities, and good communication with the host. Loved having a full kitchen for simple meals in! We had a.really nice stay!”

“The bed in the small bedroom (at the end of the hall) is too small for an adult and is not very comfortable. Also, a large number of ants entered the house through a hole, at floor level, in the door frame between the two adjacent bedrooms at the end of the hallway (which we plugged temporarily with paper towel). Otherwise, everything else was great”
