It’s a clean, bright, and modern hotel in a nice area near a park, which a bountiful breakfast buffet, including juices from Amazonian fruits. I’ll be back next time I visit Acre.

Está bem localizado, próximo à UFAC com opção de lazer próximo de não distante do shopping. Foi a recomendação de localização de pessoas locais, por ser mais seguro do que o centro. É super padrão Ibis e tem uma prateleira de produtos Made In Acre excelente para lembrancinhas de viagem. O café da manhã é bem gostoso e tem itens regionais como baixaria. Recepção 24h e equipe super solícita. Recomendo!

Não gostei, porque não tinha serviço de quarto, para comidas e bebidas! Garagem atras do hotel, hóspede vai por céu aberto, e volta também com sol ou chuva por céus aberto. Não tem nenhuma colaborador para ajudar com as bagagens ou qualquer outra coisa, independente de ser mulher ou homem com pouca ou muita bagagem. Tudo o hospede tem que fazer sozinho.

Apenas uma ressalva. Cheguei 3 horas mais cedo e perguntei se seria possível realizar o early check-in, fui informando que caso o quarto estivesse disponível seria possível. Liberaram o quarto e adentrei mais cedo. Ao chegar no quarto uma “surpresa” o telefone toca e falam pra eu voltar na recepção pois preciso pagar uma taxa de R$90,00 pelo early check-in (algo que não havia sido me informado), se eu soubesse da taxa teria aguardado as 3 horas que faltavam para eu poder entrar no quarto. Ou seja, esperaram eu me acomodar no quarto para me informar desse adicional, causando desconforto na estadia.
