"Great experience "

"The cleanliness of the room and the facilities in general is good; they just need to pay more attention to bathroom cleanliness, especially behind the toilet. On the other hand, the sound insulation of the windows isn't very good because you can hear a lot of noise from the nearby cars on the highway."

"Not enough soap and shampoo "

"The pictures of this hotel looked great. The entrance was nice. The outside of the building was outdated and needs maintenance. Our room smelled musty/mold and our carpet was wet. Older model room a/c units were in our room and The humidity in the room and the hotel was very high. I was afraid we would be sick because of the smell. It was a 1 night stay and we arrived after 9 pm. We stayed because we were exhausted but would not stay again. "

"The room was noisy. Very noisy. Both nights I was disturbed by my neighbors at 2am. Then an alarm went off at 4 am both nights for an extended time. The staff is wonderful. But I won’t be staying here again. "

"This is the BEST place to stay in the valley. The staff are awesome. every single staff member I encountered, I give them a 10. I had family members come in also for the weekend and I recommended them to stay there and they also loved it. We will be back next month and will be definitely staying there. The rooms are great. The staff is awesome. The breakfast was phenomenal.Thank you!!"
