"The house was very clean and spacious, warm and comfortable, with a real log fire to complement the central heating. Our host Paula, a lovely lady, was an excellent host and very helpful, especially when Portugal was affected by a major power outage - she responded with torches, candles, warm soup, ..."

"We arrived early and a young man checked us in but we couldn’t go into our room yet so we were going to Che k out some of the sites. He helped us and gave us maps and info. He was very helpful.
