「A beautiful building. Comfortable bed and a great night's sleep. Spacious room with a lounge. Bathroom was big with a spacious deep bath, good shower unit lovely blue tiles. Our balcony had a view over St Theresa and down town Rio. Staff were very help when our WiFi was not working and I was using up all of my data allowance. The fault was fixed. 「This is not a quiet hotel. It is more of a B&B. It is a beautiful place, and the art installations are really interesting. The furnishings in the room are really cool and funky. The neighborhood is very quaint, and the end is close to cafés and bars and galleries. That’s the good. There are no staff on site after the afternoon. One night there was no hot water. 「This was a great first stop in Brazil! There is nothing like starting your journey out in prayer and greatfulness on top of their private mountain with sugarloaf Christ the Redemeer and the other side of the city all within a turn. There are many reading nooks across the property to calm down after all your adventures. The entire was clean and the sheets even had a faint smell of bleach meaning you know you are in a good place. Even the matresses were clean. They have frozen meals for purchase...

She and the rest of the staff made my time at Les Jardins a very memorable one. If I needed help with something or requested something, they were on top of it! Highly recommend this beautiful place」

「Did not like the area, several bad uber’s feedback, was not able to find transportation easily, terrible check in experience even though I did the pre-check in and showed up on time. Property is old but could look better. Maybe by having someone available they could have helped us and make the experience better. But definitely avoid, even more if its your first time or you travel with kids.」
